Speaker 1:

Informed, outspoken, wild, fearless, hardly ever politically correct. This is the Fantasy Football Dudes podcast.

Speaker 2:

What is up, my dudes? This is Trent with the Fantasy Football Dudes podcast. I am joined by Jordan, seth and Phil. In today's episode we have our week three recap. I think we got some. Who Hurts you Is that what we're calling it, jordan? Yeah, yeah, who Hurts you? So let's jump into our week three recap. We might have a couple waivers here, some things that surprise us on the week when we were right, where we were wrong.

Speaker 4:

Phil, you have a good weekend before we jump into this. I had a great weekend. Yeah, just kind of hung out. Got to hang out with my family, chill, didn't do too much. I coached some soccer. Jordan and I have that in common. We're both elite coaches in one way or the other. Actually, seth and I do too. Out here doing the Lord's work coaching some soccer. Me and Jordan get trophies though Rings. Rings yeah.

Speaker 5:

And season and Phil's on babysit season.

Speaker 4:

They get ribbons in the leagues that I coach. Participation.

Speaker 5:

Participation yeah.

Speaker 4:

I have an elite coach, though I will say that we won't take that away from you, Don't take that away from me. I just kind of hung out with some friends, hung out with some family, did some just kind of hanging out. That was pretty much what I did this week. As you guys know, I have an infatuation with Toyota Tacomas and there is a used one that I just cannot get my mind off of. It's like parked various places.

Speaker 5:

Well, sell one of your two vans and buy it.

Speaker 4:

Actually it's four wheel drive. You might trade in your two wheel drive lifted truck and pick it up. It's actually four.

Speaker 5:

Mine's actually four, it's okay, and Jordan just came back.

Speaker 2:

You know, hot off a plane in Alaska. Jordan, I saw you were up there on the north point feeding reindeer. How was that?

Speaker 3:

The north point, you mean the north pole.

Speaker 2:

North pole. Yeah, whatever, I don't know.

Speaker 3:

No, it was cool, it was a quick Guys give him a break hey.

Speaker 4:

Phil we're on YouTube.

Speaker 2:

I don't know if you see this camera here. Your head is not even on the camera.

Speaker 4:

That's probably better for viewership. Let's be honest Go ahead.

Speaker 3:

No, it was good I was there for a wedding. Quick trip Thursday through Sunday. For what, what?

Speaker 4:

were you there for?

Speaker 3:

I just said a wedding wedding.

Speaker 5:

I was coughing.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah, he paid attention. The entire pod Go ahead.

Speaker 3:

No, it was good though Quick trip.

Speaker 4:

What was the last thing you had to eat?

Speaker 3:

Any local food, any local fare that you enjoyed, just normal food. I had some pretty good Indian food.

Speaker 2:

That's the last thing I think about eating your last.

Speaker 1:

That's the crazy thing.

Speaker 3:

Trent. The ethnic food in Alaska is actually really really good Because they're so close to like. I know their Thai food's really good there. They have a lot of like. There's a lot of Chinese, japanese Thai restaurants there Because they're so close to those countries and a lot of people immigrate to Alaska from there Isn't California closer to those countries.

Speaker 4:

You have to like fly. I need to look at a map.

Speaker 2:

Alaska is like almost touching Russia. No, no, I know it's like 10 miles away.

Speaker 4:

So Korea is not far. It's truly like 10 miles away.

Speaker 3:

No, no, it's actually like Japan's pretty close.

Speaker 4:

Interesting because of how it curves down in Okay.

Speaker 5:

Interesting and the earth's smaller at the top, kind of like a globe Well Seth you are a flat earth.

Speaker 4:

I'm surprised that you actually said that. Go ahead, Jordan.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so the ethnic food is actually pretty good there so, and they have a lot of it, but other than that it was good. It was good, it was a good little quick trip. A little bit of a long day today, though.

Speaker 2:

Seth, what are you smirking about over there? Remember to give us a follow on YouTube at TFFdudes, and today's episode is brought to you by Sleeper. Sleeper's our favorite place to play fantasy football. They also have some fun daily picks on their Inter promo code, dudes 100. They will match up to $100. Jordan's been given some picks on the sleeper. He did a nice one in Alaska. Had a nice little backdrop, you know mountain backdrop.

Speaker 3:

The picks were not so nice, but the picks weren't nice, but the backdrop you didn't get it for the backdrop and you look great Pick into it.

Speaker 5:

So Jordan went one for three on that one. And then guess guess what guys? Trent happened to fall asleep when Jordan sent the pick that hit, so he wasn't able to post it.

Speaker 3:

No, it's actually not what happened. I'll give Trent a little bit of a down on that one.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, I actually yeah Me and my daughter.

Speaker 3:

No, I didn't do a video for the picks tonight.

Speaker 5:

I know, but Trent could have posted the pick Fair, fair.

Speaker 4:

I could have posted it. A simple share button is what you're requesting.

Speaker 5:

So I'm just I'm just saying like Sunday's got to be in the game.

Speaker 3:

Basically says, saying I redeem myself tonight.

Speaker 4:

That was after football, right, but got no love because Trent didn't share that Got shared after football.

Speaker 2:

That was before the Sunday night game. Yeah, that was after like the other games. Yeah, okay. So, seth, you're good, you're hanging in there. You had your birthday birthday boy right here, big 21. 24. Okay, nice.

Speaker 4:

Nice.

Speaker 2:

So okay, you have a good birthday weekend.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, it was fun. I ate some good food for dinner and lunch and hung out. Actually, it was even better I had a good night on the underdog tonight?

Speaker 4:

What did you? What did you have for lunch?

Speaker 3:

or dinner, what was better? I had a birthday today. It was Saturday. I didn't know that.

Speaker 5:

Happy birthday, seth. Thank you, I had a steak at vintage press.

Speaker 3:

Oh man, you went all out for 24.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, For lunch, and then I had steak again. Please do not ever say that again. So I had steak two. It's what it's called, Bill. I had steak two nights in a row and it was great. Or two days, two meals in a row.

Speaker 4:

So you had steak twice in one day. Yeah, how was the vintage press steak? That's a local, it was really good yeah, really good yeah.

Speaker 5:

What kind Nice restaurant. I think it was filet Okay.

Speaker 3:

Seth, do people not? When you turn 24, don't they call it your Kobe year?

Speaker 5:

I've heard that before, but I know I never said that until I know. I also just no one told me that until you said it. Yeah.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, because I have some dignity. I would also never say that I guess I got to be in the mamba mentality you got to be in the mamba mentality. I don't think there's anything wrong with that for what it's for Jordan.

Speaker 3:

I don't really. It's just what people say.

Speaker 4:

I'm not the one who made that, do they also?

Speaker 3:

say that when you turn eight. No, because you're a kid. When you turn eight, okay.

Speaker 2:

You guys want to recap our picks we had this past week Just skip me. Skip Seth. Seth had a little rough one Even though it was his birthday. His picks weren't great. So we'll give him a pass because it was his birthday I think we kind of have some pushes on some of these picks where I'm not quite sure you know, for like they didn't kill you but they aren't that good either, though I'm saying but Phil, you want to take these picks here?

Speaker 4:

I think we should give Jordan. Probably should we just let Jordan start with his Derek Henry. His Derek Henry set yeah.

Speaker 3:

I guess that I texted or I texted that I didn't get much right this weekend. But the Derek Henry one was was pretty, uh, was pretty spot on, like I should have. Went wave bold and said, like not even a top 30. This guy wasn't even a top 40 running back Like um, but yeah, out of the top 20, like you really shouldn't have played them Like. And so, uh, I feel good about that. I think going forward you do not want to play running back against this Cleveland defense, just in general, like they're just a really good run defense.

Speaker 2:

Well, and looking at it too, like the snaps, what was it?

Speaker 3:

He didn't play right. I saw the half time one. It was like 18 to seven.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, all right. Spears had 18 snaps and Henry had seven.

Speaker 5:

So Henry play does have a percentage, but I mean he had 11 attempts for 20 yards. Yeah, it was rough.

Speaker 2:

So Jordan didn't nail that sit, so that was pretty good. What did you think?

Speaker 4:

it was. I mean we'll get it back into it, but isn't the same game. What did you think about the Sean Watson Jordan?

Speaker 3:

I'm kind of mad at myself cause said did we say it on air or are we talking about it before? About how, like we did, sean Watson and we'll be able to bounce back.

Speaker 5:

No, we talked about on air, cause Trent has a clip of me saying just Sean Watson sucks yeah. So like then, I didn't like play any like.

Speaker 3:

I didn't really get on any of his props or play them in any DFS.

Speaker 5:

So, like Sean Watson ended up being pretty decent, I probably should have played it yeah.

Speaker 3:

Like I should have went back there because I knew the logic. Like the Titans defense you want to take, you want to just play the pass game and stay away from the running backs. Yeah.

Speaker 4:

Well, speaking of the pass game, though, really quickly in the in the Browns game, trent, you got to start. You had a Mari Cooper starting that game.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, mari Cooper had 21 half point PPR points. They had a really big games.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

But what you don't see is he actually had a catch he made. Did you see it? I didn't see that. He had a catch. That would have been probably a 50 yard touchdown, but the ref called him out of bounds.

Speaker 1:

Oh, was it clearly was not out of bounds.

Speaker 4:

They didn't do it. Yeah, that's what.

Speaker 2:

No, but they blew the whistle. What you know what I'm saying? The ref thought he stepped out of the game.

Speaker 4:

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh oh, selled like yeah, that's the wonder of Anthony Another big five or the first game and he was out of the Hertz.

Speaker 2:

We've footageed it. This is going really well. Why did this? Isn't right, so I'm not sure Is it going.

Speaker 1:

Is it?

Speaker 2:

maybe his, why he's wide receiver 44 right here, but maybe it's not updated yet because the week's not done. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, that could be true. All right, let's move on here, Seth.

Speaker 5:

Did you do? Might be right, yeah, I think it may be.

Speaker 4:

Let's go to. Let's go to Seth. I'm trying to pick out something that you are good at. You are, you were so. So let's talk about Michael Pittman here, real quick.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, so I mean 12, doesn't I mean in PPR, this is more right. So this is a lot more points and half point. He had 12 and a half nine receptions for 77 yards. Maybe I just maybe underestimated him a little bit, I mean you know what I think Michael Pittman is right now?

Speaker 3:

He's like a really safe, like floor play, but I just don't know how much upside he has, because he's he's getting like, he's like the king, like Keenan Allen, of like the last couple of years where Keenan Allen didn't really have much upside, it was just like eight catches for 60 yards, Like he's good for your 12 to 16 points every week. Yeah, but there's not much upside. You know, obviously we're seeing different Keenan Allen now but I just don't know how much touchdown upside he has in that offense and like big play, like explosiveness. He has not offense. But we.

Speaker 4:

We got the win, though they got the win, and we did talk about Zach Moss, zach Moss we did talk about Zach Moss a little bit last week. He had a really good game. Yeah, that's all give you some love. I think you may have brought him up in that conversation.

Speaker 5:

So I did say I think he'd have a good game just because Richardson wasn't playing. But it's been interesting when Jonathan Taylor comes back. I mean if if right, if I think it could be interesting and how he could have a really good season, like if he comes back.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, and in place is Zach Moss. A start moving forward If you have a starter. He's a start for he was only 52 percent started this week. Yeah, I think he's, I think he's starting him and he's only 70. I mean, not only he's 78 percent rostered, 52 percent start.

Speaker 5:

I just I'll take the L on on Michael Pittman. I mean, didn't really kill you, but you know who's.

Speaker 2:

A start, though, is Manscape. The modern man is a start, ok, and the modern man's a man who takes care of himself. Phil, manscaping isn't just for life special occasions. It's a requirement for optimal health and sell healthy self, healthy self esteem. You now have the right tools for a precise grooming. So go to Manscape. Tell him the dude since you. Promo code dudes 20 for 20 percent off your whole entire order. We got the boxers 2.0 on the table, the weed whacker, the lawnmower, we got it all. So go over to Manscape. Tell him the dudes since you guys. So yeah, yeah, that's always. It's always a good spot. Start when it comes to Manscape.

Speaker 5:

OK for what it's worth. Zach Moss at 18 last week and had 21 this week, so I think you're safe starting him next week against the Rams. Yeah, the Ram's five will be interesting, though, if Jonathan Taylor comes back, so I would lock him in next week.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, and the. I mean, if he's still playing, then the following week they have Tennessee, and the ground game for the Browns looked really good. So just keep that in mind as well. All right, we're moving on to. I'm going to go with Jordan. I want to go with Michael Thomas here. I think this one's either a push, or I think you, I lean more on your favor with this one, but I'm going to let you, I'm going to let you go with this one.

Speaker 2:

I don't think you're mad either way. Right, if you played Michael Thomas or sat Michael Thomas like it's, I kind of say it's a push right, I mean you got eight points and half point PPR.

Speaker 3:

I normally look for 10, right, yeah, and he hasn't got 10 all year. He pretty much digs exactly what I said he was going to do Six, six catches, 50 yards. His yards after catch were probably I can't see it right yet, but it will upload later to the stats Well, but I'm sure it's less than five yards again. Like so I did exactly what I said he was going to do, obviously in full point PPR. He's at 11. So it's a little bit better, but it's still not like great Like.

Speaker 5:

I think you might have a guy on your bench who scored more than that. Yeah, if, like you, got to start over and might have more, might have had more points than eight or 11.

Speaker 3:

He's, he's, honestly like he's a lesser version of the old Michael Thomas. The old Michael Thomas was 10, 11 for 110. He's now doing the same thing, but it's six for 50. There's no, there's no upside, so it's almost like the worst version of Michael Pippin, like I just talked about. So I actually I'm going to take the W on that one, because he kind of did exactly what I, what he said he was going to do. There's just no upside with them. And that's the problem with Michael Thomas. Now, like if you're in like a 16 team league, of course, like you'll take that nine, eight, 10 points every single week, but if you're in a 10 team league, you can't. That's not going to cut it. Eight points, like nine points, you know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I don't like Michael Thomas, so you don't have to convince me.

Speaker 3:

Let's kick it back to a, to the, to and here's one more thing, sorry, like going for Michael Thomas, if Derek Carr's out like you, you can't even like who did James play quarterback? James played quarterback and let me and that's worse for Michael Thomas, because what does James want to do? Go deep, he wants to chuck it. He's not looking to like the slants, the five yellow balls, he's going to chuck it. It's better for a lava. It's better for a Shahid Michael Thomas without Derek Carr's way worse.

Speaker 2:

Uh, James Winston had 16 attempts for 10 completions, 100 yards so, and they blew a 17 point lead in that game.

Speaker 3:

So Jordan Love just keeps finding ways to win.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you had two Bakersfield boys playing quarterback to start that game off. That's kind of cool. You know value representation there, little value rep.

Speaker 4:

I'm going to get Jameer Gibbs. You want to. You want to talk about? This is a weird one. We're going to say something about Jordan Love.

Speaker 2:

You know Gibbs is interesting because, yeah, jordan, it's, it's a. He had eight points but he had 17 attempts for 80 yards, like it was a solid. He had no catch, catches, his catches. He had one reception for two yards. Yeah.

Speaker 5:

It was like the you not use them in the passing game, the usage they were up 23.

Speaker 2:

They were up most that game right, so the usage was weird, like they had a third and one and like Gibbs would have got it, but they did a full back dive and the guy got stuff. So it's just. It seemed like it was a I don't know. It seemed like he was doing okay, but the points just aren't there.

Speaker 5:

So this is my worst play of the week Didn't work well Like they were up the whole game. They were just going to hand them the ball off between the tackles.

Speaker 3:

The game script was completely wrong.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I thought with how much they were winning that they might get, but maybe they just I'm sorry, like I just I was on a plane all day.

Speaker 3:

I didn't always try to watch as much as I could using the wifi, but I really wasn't able to watch everything. How much did Craig Reynolds play? How much did you guys know that?

Speaker 2:

Craig Reynolds. What was Reynolds point? I saw him in there. I sorry, I was getting confused. He had one fantasy point, so he had four attempts for 15.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so it wasn't that he got the work.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah, he was the main guy there. Can we who did score a lot of points in that game?

Speaker 3:

Laporta, your boy had a big play and then St Brown had a hundred yards.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I just wanted to hear Laporta.

Speaker 4:

That's all I wanted to hear.

Speaker 2:

the uh yeah, no, the port is on pace right now for what I have. He's on pace for 125 targets on the season. Yeah, I know he's they love tight end?

Speaker 4:

They do. And is it a Dan Campbell thing? Cause Campbell was a tight end. I think the red zone. They love tight ends. They don't have a big body target.

Speaker 5:

Um, and I think that's their big body target is now him, and that's what's going to favor him in the red zone. He's the big body target.

Speaker 2:

Did a St Brown didn't havea great game. A hundred yards, a hundred yards.

Speaker 3:

I mean, he, he had a solid game, like yeah, it gets overshadowed when Justin Jefferson, devonta Adams Tyree kill Kenan Allen. I'll go for like 30 points a piece, you know.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, and the Lions are now two in one, just as a friendly reminder here for all the folks. That's right. The Hawks though they did. Let's go baby Hawks, one today, hawks, look you know, pretty decent, I guess, against an O and two team, at least towards the end. All right, we're going to go over to Seth. I hate to do it to you but I have to. James Conner, my guy, yeah.

Speaker 5:

So I can go. I can go through James Conner and Zachards completely flopped. Zachards had 1.6, james Conner 18. I guess I really thought that they weren't going to be able to run the ball against the Cowboys because the Cowboys didn't really allow anyone to do anything in the first two games and then today they were just awful Like the Cowboys looked terrible today all around, and so maybe I just put my faith where my faith should never go in the Cowboys. So never going to do that again. Zach Erts just didn't get the volume he's been getting all year Like he's been. His target share is 33%. He did not get the 33% share of targets this year, I think maybe because they were running the ball well enough. Conner's running back 13 on the season. Yeah, so I'll take the L there. I mean, I just didn't think he would have a good game against the Cowboys.

Speaker 2:

Did he have one longer? No, what's his name? Rhonda Moore, rhonda Moore in the backfield.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, so actually the rushing was like worse than we thought against the Cowboys.

Speaker 2:

I was surprised how bad the rushing like defense was in this game. It was awful.

Speaker 3:

I don't know what. Do you think, trent? There's the let down with the dig stuff.

Speaker 2:

Well, there was some passing plays. I was like man, maybe digs would have done something on there.

Speaker 3:

But no, I mean like a mental, emotional, like maybe a let down.

Speaker 2:

The biggest let down I thought of that game, though, was like when I before the game before the game started and I saw that Dallas had three starting offensive linemen not playing, I said this is going to be a lot closer game than what I thought it was, seahawks had five.

Speaker 3:

not playing like Dax, just not good.

Speaker 2:

I don't think he's great, no, but like he's not good, like I don't know who he was throwing to on that last play, like it was just straight to the guy yeah, I'm just like here, like, but in fairness, like there's not many, quarterbacks in the league, like we see every week. It wasn't so. Dak had 16 fantasy points today. He had one interception. It's not terrible.

Speaker 5:

They need to use CD. Lamb had one catch for nine yards.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and the like red zone offense is really bad.

Speaker 5:

No, no, sorry. Cd actually ended up having a decent week Like they got.

Speaker 4:

They got a couple calls their way that I thought actually helped them in the red zone and they ended up still just kind of like they made it to the red zone five times and they only scored one touchdown.

Speaker 2:

So like they just I said it on our way on my waiver wire pod I said I feel like they're settling in the red zone. They're just like, hey, our defense is going to win us this game.

Speaker 3:

Trust Dak, trent. They don't trust Dak to make plays.

Speaker 2:

Maybe not, so yeah, that's what Aubrey was, my one fantasy football kicker pickup.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's what I picked up to and it worked out really well. I was happy when they failed and had to kick field goals.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, Um, all right, Moving on here. Winnable game though the Jordan you want to talk about? Jordan Addison.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so I'm just looking up the Addison. Um, what does box score look like? That game ended up? You know the highest total on the week it actually went. Did he go under? Yeah, I went under the total just barely 28, 24. It kind of shoot it out or shoot out.

Speaker 4:

I don't know how you how you, if I could have scored it. It came a shootout, shot out a shootout.

Speaker 3:

Uh, torrid in that fourth quarter last game ended up being a shootout, yeah. Game ended up being a shootout last quarter and a half of that game.

Speaker 4:

Um set a swear word there on accident Go ahead, keep. I didn't know.

Speaker 3:

We'll say a swear word he had eight targets, his most targets on the year, most receptions on the year at six. But he just didn't get the touchdown and has leased him out of yard. So like he was involved, he just never had the big play, you know. So it's encouraging that he had the six receptions, eight targets, but just didn't have that big touchdown catch.

Speaker 5:

Um, I wonder if he got caught up on one of those catches. I'm curious if he got caught up on one and maybe broke a tackle. He could have made a big oh, and he did.

Speaker 3:

Um, he kind of dropped one in the end zone, but it was one where the defense tipped and then it kind of went through his hands a little bit.

Speaker 5:

So it was a weird, a hard one to get, yeah.

Speaker 3:

It would have been a hard catch, Um, but he had some. So I think he got at least one red zone target, maybe two. I feel like there was another one. I saw in the fourth quarter that he like could have made a play on it, but it would have been a hard catch. So I'll take the L, but I kind of feel like I was on the right track here. Like cause he was the most involved he has ever been.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, uh big problems in Minnesota though.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I mean it's been a rough three weeks, though, they had an absolute gift. Staley gave them a gift. Staley's such a moron. Oh he's, I can't even say yeah, Um, and they blew it Like they had this. They had 20 yards, they literally all just get 20 yards for on fourth down on their own 20 on their own 20 up four. I don't, but I mean that tells you what he thinks of the Vikings. Uh, offense, but that game went back and forth in the fourth quarter, long plays. Uh, justin.

Speaker 5:

Jefferson is the three games in a row over 149 yards.

Speaker 3:

I don't know what we're doing now, Just taking his prop Every we probably need to take it every single 99 and a half this week.

Speaker 5:

They're playing Carolina. Next week. Like Justin Jefferson could have like 200 yards next week.

Speaker 3:

At some point. We just take it until he doesn't get it.

Speaker 5:

I honestly, for now I'm just going to take it Just walking in for this one might be at 110 next week.

Speaker 3:

I'm just going to take it it's going to be in the video on. Third on suffered next for next week, the hopefully the line hopefully the line's not like 120,.

Speaker 5:

You know like hopefully it won't, because so he went from like week one, then it was like 95, then it was one.

Speaker 3:

It's going to be like one, oh five and a half.

Speaker 5:

Carolina is his highest per sorry, besides Tampa Bay, it's his highest projection. Yeah, the year projected points half point.

Speaker 2:

Well, the thing is to their defense isn't good, so they're airing it out the whole entire game yeah. So it's like that hundred. It's not like they're going to take their foot off the gas.

Speaker 5:

Three games in a row with 12, plus targets 12, 13, 13. Did acres play at all?

Speaker 3:

No inactive.

Speaker 5:

I'm very curious to see what it's going to look like. Have a bad game.

Speaker 3:

I know he dropped the ball, he kind of fumbled.

Speaker 2:

but I had Madison as a start and a set.

Speaker 5:

Remember that, yeah he went 20 for 93 and five catches for 32.

Speaker 3:

So yeah, he didn't punch and went the goal line.

Speaker 2:

Honestly, just if that just lights a fire, it's totally worth it. You know, just bringing acres in maybe make some play better.

Speaker 4:

Let's talk about before we go back into starts and six. I'm just going to do like a, just a general intermission here the Broncos getting the absolute break speed off them.

Speaker 3:

I thought you were going to say a square right there, we do have to talk about 90 point total, second like second highest regular season score ever. It's a college game. It was a college score.

Speaker 5:

It was crazy, it was so bad and the running backs is actually the bigger story here is having 90 something points combined between a chain and most are like they were. Just it was like a track me.

Speaker 3:

They were burning.

Speaker 5:

I saw. Most are just completely just toast. Three guys on the outside, it was so shocked. Well, they were burning people the entire game.

Speaker 2:

Here's the dolphins had five. The dolphins have all five of the top five fastest. Next gen stats today Tyreek Hill 22.07 miles per hour. Tyreek Hill 21.66. Oh no, this is for the season. Sorry, but a chain was 21.5 versus Denver today, so a chain and Tyreek Hill both went over 21 miles an hour today in the game.

Speaker 3:

They have a bunch of track stars in their team. Yeah, most are fast A chains, literally a track star, I think you. I competed in track and a and m, and then you had Tyreek Hill. So, not like waddles, no slouch either, or?

Speaker 5:

so waddles fast too.

Speaker 2:

I think yeah, so they did all this without waddle.

Speaker 3:

No, I know that's crazy. Also, I think the Broncos are that bad.

Speaker 2:

Yeah A chains 47% roster right now.

Speaker 3:

So my question and the A chain thing is tough because, like I have in my taxis Quad Dynasty, so that you know I might have meted out of somehow.

Speaker 5:

I think you leave them there though.

Speaker 3:

That's my question is like now, the minute most are gets hurt you might have to take because it's, it's what happens? It happens to happen at some point right, and I think the A chain stuff was a product, like I know you got the first two touchdowns but then the sum is the product of this, then beat up so much 18 attempts.

Speaker 2:

I just don't know what you do with him. He was averaging 11 yards per carry today.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it's not sustainable he doesn't get that many attempts at the games closer. But with that, with Ahmed, with, so Ahmed comes back, wilson's coming out the IR, the thing just becomes an absolute mess.

Speaker 4:

I don't think it does, though you have your two guys you try to sell them, you try to trade them.

Speaker 2:

I don't think you even play the other chain.

Speaker 1:

That's what I'm saying, I think you just live with.

Speaker 5:

Most are in a good correct, that is the one guy.

Speaker 3:

Correct. Here's the issue, though A chain was fourth in the depth chart three weeks ago. Wilson was ahead of him. It was most are Wilson Ahmed A chain. So when Wilson comes off IR, is he coming in is? Is he not gonna play now?

Speaker 4:

Maybe he's. That's him. That's a McDaniels guy as.

Speaker 3:

Wilson, they were literally playing on that last week over a chain. The only reason he ain't played today this is all matter, yeah, but I think maybe a chain, maybe prove that he could be better. I don't know. I don't know if Salvin.

Speaker 1:

Ahmed or Jeff Wilson. I'm just, I'm just, I'm just not.

Speaker 2:

Are we supposed to be the biggest Salvin Ahmed fan ever, too Cuz he went to you dub.

Speaker 3:

No, no. My point, though, is like do we just disregard everything that happened before those guys?

Speaker 5:

No, absolutely not. So I it's gonna. I think, yes and no more of a mess. Yes and no, yes and no.

Speaker 3:

I think maybe you waited out with evolved, but I still think it's gonna be committee like big-time committee.

Speaker 5:

I don't think you start a chain next week against Buffalo.

Speaker 2:

I think you waited out and see if what his snap percentages when all four guys can potentially I got lucky and picked him up this morning before kickoff in a league and I'm just like, should I try to trade him for?

Speaker 4:

that's what I was gonna say. Next trend, like you could so high.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, you could well here's the thing, though, if now, obviously, buffalo is a lot different matchup than what they had today, but you're gonna sell them If I'm a. Wilson's out. Still, I think he has to miss the first four games, so he's missing one more game. Okay, if I'm it's out again next week, then I think you can Possibly use a chain.

Speaker 2:

I think McDaniel is the best play caller right now. You watch him that scheme and speed. He has Tyreek Hill going in motion like the CFL, like he's running full speed at the snap. Basically, it is really cool.

Speaker 3:

Yes but they also offense was really bad a week ago against New England. Yeah. So like yes, but no, like they looked really really good. A week one they played the Chargers who, like we can see, they have no defense yeah, and they looked really really good against the Broncos who are just I don't know what dumpster fire. Yes, it's a disaster. And then, but they struggled against New England. New England bottled up Tyreek Hill Like they should to. It did not look good last week. Most sure it was the reason they why they were right. And so I guess that's just my question like yes, I feel like there's a little bit of like, yes, they're probably the best offense in the league, but also like a product of two of the teams they played right, like I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Look, we have at the end of the year. We have a Award show. You know, kongo line touchdown dance was really good. Today, the dolphins, the dolphins in a Kongo line after one of their touchdowns. They all got around in a Kongo line and the lineman spiked and it was, it was, it was. That was cool.

Speaker 4:

So the the commanders didn't. Brian Robertson 10 carries, 70 yards. They rushed the leading rusher for the Jets bristle ended up with like over a hundred yards, like One of those guys is gonna have over a hundred yards. I would say this that's upcoming week, though who they play, they play the bills.

Speaker 2:

No, the dolphins. Oh, I don't know.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, so one of those guys has a good trade, like, yeah, it's a different team, but one of those guys could have over a hundred yards easily.

Speaker 3:

Yes, the Washington man Sam house bad.

Speaker 2:

They were three points away today, two points away from breaking the all-time scoring record, and they could have kicked the field. Go and did it, dolphins. They just nailed it yeah yeah, which he should have.

Speaker 4:

I can't believe McDaniels didn't do that Well. It would have been great to see him most eight and fight at the end of the game.

Speaker 2:

It was the most. It was the most Total yards by an offense, I think, since like 1951 or something which.

Speaker 3:

It's literally like what you think when, like, usc plays New Mexico or something like 70 is 20.

Speaker 5:

Is a chain, said in his interview. Yes, he said it was like playing a video game.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it's like we think USC is gonna play Southern Utah like yeah, not the two professional football teams.

Speaker 4:

Yeah so, jordan, this is what I said. Is it worse to lose with him on your bench or to get completely throttled by some yahoo who started him Like what's the word, what's, what's, what's?

Speaker 5:

worse to get throttled by yahoo, to start who started 100% like possibly.

Speaker 4:

You shouldn't have started. That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. But if, for some reason, you're playing the worst player in the league, I think I might be asking you to throttle by most dirt, like I don't think anyone thought most it was gonna.

Speaker 3:

I thought most was in a pretty good spot. I thought we talked about it without you.

Speaker 5:

I don't know if anyone thought he was gonna have like that good of a game.

Speaker 3:

Well, I touch down. No one can think he's in score for touchdown. That's not reasonable. There's five in the floor thing at four yeah.

Speaker 1:

For.

Speaker 3:

Most there was in a good spot, though a chain was running back one.

Speaker 2:

Most it was running back to both right mask combined for over a hundred points. A chain had 55 and most it had 41.

Speaker 3:

And PPR.

Speaker 2:

They both combined, that's every yeah, that's everything, like all positions.

Speaker 5:

Keenan Allen with a huge day 41 points and he threw a major sleeve your maiden announcement saying if you only played Dolphins players this week, you score 200 points.

Speaker 3:

If you only played Dolphins players so that would that be to a? They're running by reek Tyreek, probably you just feel like the roster or whoever the.

Speaker 5:

It's my. You probably only needed very Players to start any score 200 points the kicker, probably the kicker probably had.

Speaker 2:

He had 10 points, only extra points. Yeah, that's all he had. Sanders had 10 extra points.

Speaker 3:

That is awesome. Is that the record for most extra points?

Speaker 2:

I didn't that might be, it has to be right. The most oh no, no, because that one.

Speaker 5:

Maybe it is well. Is that what happened? It'd have to be the most touch it have to be, because 72 is the record, so it's probably or at least tied out imagine.

Speaker 4:

It's all ten extra points. So, jordan, I will move on, and this is a little bit of a human interest story. We're talking chiefs bears. We did have a sit in that game. Trent had the, the bears which he had the running. We don't need to talk about it this little bit.

Speaker 3:

Yes, they both suck Trent, both had.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they were not good, rochelle Johnson.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah. So here's what I'm saying, though I think everyone's talking about it like the T-Swift Travis Kelsey thing, like is it a joke, like are they playing into this? Or like I.

Speaker 2:

Don't think you can fad. It was kind of obnoxious them showing her Robbie chosen had a. They've been dating for two weeks and she's like already just going bananas and you see the clip of her like smacking the window. Yeah, with Travis.

Speaker 5:

Kelsey's mom and stuff. She's like he scored touchdown. She's like hitting the oh.

Speaker 2:

She's going crazy, like like she's been a chiefs fan her whole life.

Speaker 5:

It's funny when I see her next to his mom, though I thought that was hilarious. That's just, yeah, it's interesting.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, she's trying really hard to be the most hated person in the chief Stadium. But ahead of pet, did you see the meme? It had a spider-man climbing on the wall and it said Jackson Mahomes trying to get in the Kelsey sweet oh.

Speaker 5:

Also my wife asked Trent, Did you make that meme of like the kids like of like a the Taylor Swift fans watching their first NFL game ever?

Speaker 2:

and then the cheese you make. That mean, I made a meme today about Taylor Swift, but I don't think I made that one. Oh, did you just share it? Yeah, I just shared it. Yeah, I just shared it.

Speaker 4:

It'd be great if you just shared the original author like look at this picture, phil, that's her game. Who is?

Speaker 2:

I don't know who she's with who.

Speaker 3:

Taylor Swift like just acting like I think that's Kelsey's, is it his sister?

Speaker 2:

Maybe it's his sister, it's not. It's not the brother's wife in the.

Speaker 3:

She was in the family, sweet, it was like the mom, taylor Swift and that lady right there. That's a good one. I like that one, yeah, so I don't know you guys, you guys hate on it a lot more than I do.

Speaker 4:

I don't really care, you're a Swiftie, I forgot.

Speaker 3:

I'm a Taylor Swift, I like Taylor Swift, so I'm not good for Travis Kelsey.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, good friend All right let's keep going through, and then we'll keep going with our yes.

Speaker 5:

That's on the show or every game, though?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, no yeah, did you see a Patrick Mahomes set after the game? He felt nervous that he felt pressure that he had to Hit again. Yeah but, I'm pass, he said. I think he had to throw to Kelsey yeah he said, I think Travis for just one, just as much as all that Swifties wanted it for him.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's hilarious. I don't know what we're supposed to do with that information.

Speaker 3:

That's word for word.

Speaker 4:

What he's funny to. Yeah, all right, you guys find something a little bit different funny than I do, that's all right.

Speaker 5:

So we know, we got, we got one more, we got one more.

Speaker 4:

Naje Harris.

Speaker 2:

Trent, one of mine did Naje and Jalen Warren both had like the same amount of points they both had six and a half a piece, like it's just a mess back there right, here's the problem.

Speaker 3:

Like and we talked about this pre-show trip like it's so clear who's the better running back is like, it's not even like close, but they're stubborn, they're not gonna do it, like they're just not going to you. Tonight, warren had eight attempts for a 29 yards. Do you have the nodges that stats pulled up?

Speaker 2:

The stats I don't, but I can put right here. The problem is, is it's like you almost? If you want Warren to do good, the game needs to be out of reach. They need to be behind.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so I was 19 for 65 19 for 65, so he didn't have actually having a better second half the first time he had one.

Speaker 5:

He had one big run.

Speaker 3:

He had one big run. Warren had three catches for 23 yards on four targets eight carries for 29.

Speaker 2:

Yes, so you had worn as a start. I had I had Harris as a sit and the report.

Speaker 3:

This Report earlier today was that he's in a bigger role and he didn't have a bigger role and I just I don't know what's cool I, we can't.

Speaker 2:

We, unless we think they're gonna be getting killed in the game, we can't play war yeah, and we need, like one of them to almost get hurt, which you hate to say. But the best case scenario for these guys, if you have a warrant, is best ball, and the best place to play Best ball is underdog guys to go over to underdog. Tell them the dude, since you enter promo code dudes, and they will match up to $100. We do a draft every week on the show here. It's a lot of fun. Fill one this week you can do drafts as little as three bucks Just a nice little snake draft with some buddies or people you don't even know. But underdog is a ton of fun. Go check it out. The drafts are great and we did some best ball drafts, you know, in the offseason. It really helped me. You know know where guys were going in drafts and stuff like that. So definitely go to underdog check it out. They got all kinds of fun Fantasy stuff.

Speaker 3:

I wonder you want to see something, trent. Yeah, speaking of Devon a chain, you want to know who my highest running back drafted in all my best. H&n 47% drafted out of my on my 20 teams and that $5 puppy 50, 50% Devon a chain nice, so hopefully it keeps rolling but also I have a 42%, jen Warren Rip. Yeah, 23% Deandre Swift.

Speaker 4:

Feels over here, just I'm looking, no, I'm looking at that roster for that puppy. Trent is by far behind all of us. It goes Jordan, then me, then Seth and then Trent All right, we'll quit bragging anyhow.

Speaker 2:

What do we got?

Speaker 4:

I know we got one more Seth. We have one more start for Satherton over here.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, so I said start Josh Jacobs. I guess I thought maybe this game was not gonna be like it wasn't close until like the end, so maybe I thought he had 17 attempts for 62, so not not the best.

Speaker 2:

Jacobs, 17 attempts. You're on the right trail.

Speaker 5:

No, I was on the right trail. He could have had a touchdown in the red zone. He just got stuffed in that red horrible play call that touchdown would have Would have salvaged it leads me like the road made my start look better.

Speaker 2:

The tons of penalties in that game the Raiders are just not. Do they miss Derek Carr like would they be a little bit better. They probably still lose.

Speaker 5:

But like the vaunty, had a great Devontes QB and matchup proof. That's what that's yeah. Looks really good yeah.

Speaker 3:

Devontes, you know I was a little worried about the Vaunty coming of the year and it's just, it doesn't matter yeah looks he's too good, he's just, he's a lead at what he does his route running talk about another, another. I'll give them a little bit of credit. Trent, like I know there's some Raider fans who aren't happy with the play calling, but they are kind of like they use Devontes in the same way they use Tyra kill. They get him open. They do a lot of creative stuff with them. They do a good job trying to get him open. Even that one, the second touchdown he had, it was like vintage, like almost like they watched the film with him and Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 2:

And Jimmy like the same route. Jimmy G had a solid fantasy game. He had 20 fantasy points, but he threw three picks, so that's six points less than what he should have and his takes a lot of sacks. His last pick was terrible. Oh, it was so bad. Oh yeah, to lose the game like that to just I don't know.

Speaker 4:

Honestly, I think they came out deflated, though after that dude dropped the punt and almost gave it up. You know what I'm saying. Did you see that Also?

Speaker 5:

too, I think, for what it's worth if you can kick a field goal with three minutes and something time left and Then you take the penalty and decide to just kick it with two something left. Yeah, I'm like you might as well just kicked in the first place. Yeah, don't take points off the board. Right, Don't take points off the board If you're gonna decide to kick it later instead of go for it.

Speaker 3:

I don't want to go in full conspiracy theory here, tanking no.

Speaker 1:

Caleb.

Speaker 3:

Williams. No guys, we have two games and back-to-back weeks where coaches kicking field goals has significant Outcomes on the betting market. Oh yeah, no, it has. Last week the Rams covered with the field goal.

Speaker 2:

And it made no sense. It made no sense today.

Speaker 3:

That field will make no sense when you're down eight points. But you know it did. He kept the under intact at 44. Like I'm not trying to like say they're like, no, I think there's some fishy business. Yes, like you don't make those play.

Speaker 2:

you think there is? Oh yeah, the Rams game last week they were no but that was weird yeah this one's almost weirder.

Speaker 5:

This one's weird. This one is your eight points. It is this is Vegas, you're in Vegas eight points, fourth and four From like the ten. It's for his fourth and four, fourth and five. I'm all about it. What?

Speaker 3:

does the field go do there? Because even if you get the ball back, what do you still have to do?

Speaker 4:

So, but take you down the rabbit, no.

Speaker 2:

I, you don't need a tinfoil hat like.

Speaker 3:

Make money. Fill the under was at 44.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah, but who's making the money off it? Do you think Anybody?

Speaker 3:

someone is the coach? Is the coach have?

Speaker 1:

a big in a huge bet, like I.

Speaker 5:

My point is there's no text message and it's by word of mouth. No, there's no proof. Yeah, there's no, or?

Speaker 3:

the coaches knows his dad says, hey, I got a big bet on the under today. You know, like I'm just saying, like I don't want to like, it's just fishy, like there is something like it's gonna keep being talked about more and more back to back weeks. Were coaching decisions that make no sense to kick field goals affect the betting outcome of the game, like the under, because if they score there the under pushes at 44 if they get the two-point conversion, the under's dead, or the heat, the under's dead on on an extra point or two-point conversion and you're pushing at 44 if they get the touchdown.

Speaker 2:

The NFL wanted all these gambling sponsorships.

Speaker 3:

Right, this is yeah, I'm not, I'm just, I'm just pointing out like it's just weird. No, it's a solid take and it's true, like it doesn't make sense and it's like because there's no business keeping it filled with that, because even if you go down, you can feel that you're still down. Five, you still, doesn't? You still to score touchdown.

Speaker 4:

So we think Roger Godel is like kind of just giving these guys like maybe a little bit of a bump if they keep it within the odds.

Speaker 3:

That's not, roger, I'm not talking about it.

Speaker 2:

It could be that it could be the water boy. You're like hey, like just in passing, like yeah, I've the I took the idea, but it could be anyone.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, like it literally could be that that guy's buddy is.

Speaker 2:

It could be McNaniel chauffeur or something like yeah.

Speaker 4:

I could be anything you. You are starting to go farther down the rabbit hole. Then I. There's definitely a lot more money than like a chauffeur.

Speaker 2:

Like there's a lot of money on these games.

Speaker 4:

I just think it's a while.

Speaker 2:

Could be worse from the Rams one, I think it looks worse, I think what?

Speaker 5:

there's no point.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, the Rams one, like it's an easy because like, hey, sean, I'm his buddies. Like I'm betting you guys cover the spread against the who, was it against the Niners, right? Yeah, yeah, like I'm betting guys, cover the spread. Like you guys are supposed to get killed.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, maybe had a bed gentlemen's bet with with the Shanahan, you know what I'm saying like maybe they threw something not doing, gentlemen. Gentlemen's bet I don't know anything about that.

Speaker 3:

I know we've probably got another rabbit hole enough. But it just it just back to back weeks were field goals coaches kicking field goals has significant like a consequence in the betting market and it doesn't? It just looks a little weird.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I agree.

Speaker 4:

Is that all our starts and sits, phil, that is all right, look at how efficient that I was able to get us through.

Speaker 5:

Fill out a cap it up, that was probably one of your better hosting it was.

Speaker 3:

It was a very good.

Speaker 5:

It was very smooth the transitions.

Speaker 4:

No, I appreciate it and that's you know. That's something that we work on. You know what I'm saying, in the same way that you work on your physical appearance.

Speaker 5:

I Already did a man scaping problem. This thing between us and you can.

Speaker 2:

My eyes are up here. Problems in Jacksonville, Jordan, you know how are you? Feeling like you. You're making a lot of fun. A deck press Got for a team that lost the Texans. We're just a little bit better than the Cardinals and they know had his line, had never loin socks.

Speaker 3:

It's really hurt Like what's. I think maybe he's not, I can't say that's mean, but for what it's worth, though we I did touch on PFF.

Speaker 5:

He had one of the worst wide receiver one matchups with the cornerback he's playing he.

Speaker 3:

Drops. He dropped a wide open touchdown, started the game. Oh, if he catches that ball. How much different is the?

Speaker 1:

game yeah it's.

Speaker 3:

It's just that they're just in their own way. I think they're in their own, they're in their heads. I, I'll be honest, I lost all. I went all on Jaguars and survivors. So I have you're out of survival three entries in one pool dead, the other two interesting, they're pulled dead. So that's tear, I'm out. I went all in the Jaguars. I just did not think they would do this and they're not a good team right now and so I think Travis, etn pretty much told the media we suck, we got to own it like we're not good, and ETN had 15 was good and honestly they shouldn't.

Speaker 2:

They should have they didn't give him the TD, though tank big. Speed yeah so take if you started tank, you got seven fantasy points today and ETN had 15.

Speaker 3:

He looked really good, though right in the ball. I don't know, I really don't know what the deal is. I Will say I think your CJ stroud has made significant stride.

Speaker 2:

Stroud looks good and his roster take.

Speaker 3:

Dell's a stud. Take Dell is a must, a must-own, I think. Right now I don't know what his roster ship is, trent.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, cj stroud is. He is 38 or 32% rostered QB 19 on the season, but he's back-to-back 22 plus.

Speaker 5:

You know what's hurt. You know what's hurt his, his, his fantasy year is actually the amount of sacks and fumbles he's taken.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, tank Dell is 47% he needs to be up in the 80% he hasn't thrown an interception.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they're just they're playing the Steelers this week.

Speaker 3:

Oh, we just saw what the Vonte Adams did like and Jacoby Myers, a good game, like CJ stroud.

Speaker 2:

Nico Collins came down to earth today.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I was a bummer, I think there's just. But here's the thing with Texas they still can't run the football, and I'm gonna be on the football next Week against the Steelers. So I'm Damian Pierce. Yeah, they're just some strouts having to throw, and so it's leading to to good. Yeah, I Tank Dell is. He's really good. I mean, he's obviously really good in college too. So I Houston. But and then another Jaguar, just I don't know, like I don't know, I think that are they. They're one and two they are.

Speaker 4:

The Colts are two and one, so that's your.

Speaker 3:

Jaguar's are playing the Falcons in London, london.

Speaker 4:

Hey, next week and then the bills is gonna be tough and they had another decent like favorable.

Speaker 3:

I will say the bills. At least is there Jaguar said back to back games in Europe.

Speaker 2:

Well, we thought it was, and Jacksonville doesn't lose at home, so there's that next week.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, back to back.

Speaker 5:

Yeah man, I'm so excited to wake up early and watch NFL 630 watch the game. I'm so excited. I always go get Starbucks and come back home and watch it. I'm so excited. Not a sponsor, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Tom's donuts would be very class. Maybe this isn't a funny story, but the Bears shoulder Stream should be live streamed the 630 am Game Donuts yeah donuts with the dudes.

Speaker 5:

Yes, sorry, that segment sounds way too good.

Speaker 2:

Way too real come on I do Watch me feed.

Speaker 5:

Trent, don't just don't holes.

Speaker 2:

Guys bears soldier stated you guys saw soldier stadium got robbed. Yes did you saw soldier stadium at Rob? Like I thought they just stole like some footballs and pylons or $100,000 worth of equipment.

Speaker 3:

I like a gator.

Speaker 2:

They took down the fence and stole like vehicles, like gators and $100,000 worth of equipment like it's nuts I would imagine has like some bears still like do you?

Speaker 4:

do you repaint it so you don't get? A little I.

Speaker 3:

Doubt that stuff has bears like.

Speaker 5:

I. I think these guys are selling it for cash.

Speaker 2:

Chicago can't even defend their stadium. You know, like this is like they wouldn't stole all their golf.

Speaker 5:

You know the White Sox stadium right Someone got shot and they don't know where from. Well, you hear about that in the game, in the stands. This girl got shot through her thigh and went out her bottom and shut and hit someone else below her. Like they don't know how she got shot, but she got shot like this girl, that sounds like someone, like someone popped off in the air and the bullet came back down and hit her. But, they don't like. They actually don't know what came from the. You watch the video. The girl like stands up and she doesn't realize she got shot.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Chicago's just. Chicago's a wild place.

Speaker 5:

How do you accidentally shot at a?

Speaker 2:

baseball game yeah, the Chicago. The other thing is the bears. Look, they're awful. They're awful, dj more. Save you with the touchdown at the end Justin Fields said the Lions started out one and six last year. Don't count us out yet, but I Don't know, they look, they look rough. Fields is a little bit of a different one in six fields isn't even like running, though like I want him to like start, I think he runs it all let me look at your try it if you if you have looks lost. Yeah, if you have Justin fuel well, he got concussed right like or something he came back in the game. Because DJ Moore had to like help him not walk into the rev made 11 carries for 47 yards. I think he needs to start running more and maybe that might open stuff up. I can't believe he's QB 17, what's?

Speaker 5:

interesting too is his, his picks. He's had four interceptions and three games, three fumbles. So like you're losing points with these picks and fumbles here, otherwise these numbers do look a little bit better.

Speaker 4:

Did CJ Stroud take over for him? He just was the guy after him. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, sorry.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I think well guys.

Speaker 3:

We're gonna know if Justin Fields actually is bad.

Speaker 5:

He plays Denver.

Speaker 3:

He plays Denver next week Okay maybe my start of the week we got the toilet bowl next week, guys, denver in Chicago Please tell me it's prime time loser. Loser gets Caleb Williams, guys, all right we're gonna do a little.

Speaker 2:

Who hurt you? A little segment, jordan Broughton. It's brought to you by trophy smack. Trophy smack is the dude's favorite place to get our fantasy football trophies, ribbons, participation awards, last place punishments, all your things that you need to bring your fantasy football league up to the next level. Inter promo sorry, wwwtrophysmackcom forward slash dudes for 15% off your whole entire order. Guys, it's not too late to get that nice trophy for your fantasy football league. So go to trophysmackcom forward slash dudes and Tell them we sent you, I guess, all right. So who hurts you, jordan? This is, you know, this can be from a DFS standpoint. Yeah, sleeper underdog, your fantasy football league, friendship, friendship.

Speaker 3:

Man it's like the second week in a row where it's like I want to make a jackwars. Yeah, it's jaguars and it's like all over the place like survivor, like I mentioned. I mean I had a really good lineup in DFS this week, like look at this lineup, it's Justin Herbert, stack with Keenan Allen, mike Williams, it's a Madison on the bring back, so it's not horrible. Most dirt tank Dell, zachard Sutt. But then the other spend up was Calvin Ridley, like, and it's just like seven points like if you spent up on who could else, who else could you get for that price? Um, I'd have to like look here in the flex, I Could have like moved some things around, probably. I probably could have got. So like, yeah, I'd have to like really like a lava, even for the same as 21.4, but I probably would never have got there. But it's just like that offense was so bad. Yeah, you know like, oh, I could just play Travis Kelsey right there. Oh, you know, so I it's just frustrating. Like I had some Bijon, he heard a little bit. Yeah, that was. Yeah, it's just like Jied, a lot of Josh Kelly. He saw Josh Kelly. Honestly, he's another one out there for me like I haven't had a season-long team.

Speaker 5:

It just proves, how good Echler is.

Speaker 3:

I think yeah, I need to pay him. But other than that, like the Jaguar, survivor was probably the most like tilting thing today, I'm gonna say the.

Speaker 2:

Cowboys for me and that makes I was gonna say that, I'm gonna say on my one, my starts and sits.

Speaker 5:

I think if the games man, I think if they need to throw the ball, the Cardinals do, zachards gets involved. 33% target share. Whereas they're up and they're down, they don't run the ball with, with so I have Mark Andrews is just somebody like.

Speaker 2:

The game went over time. The guy had four, four catches for 35 yards. He just hasn't really had that blow-up game yet and maybe Lamar's to blame, like Lamar.

Speaker 5:

I ran. I was high on Lamar.

Speaker 2:

I'm more, had 30 fancy points to ran for 102 touchdowns. So that's the problem.

Speaker 5:

There is Lamar. When he was in trouble ran the ball and maybe and maybe, to like the Andrews, does get his chance if flowers Gets that holding call at the end of the game like that was a blatant holding call.

Speaker 2:

So maybe Andrews gets two targets after that and then you know he missed the first game. He is tied into Levin on the season, so I'm Thinking he's gonna start coming through here pretty soon. But yeah, I'm gonna say, mark Andrews, just be a little different to not say like Cowboys or you know something a little different. Garrett Wilson, like I think this Matt, like he. I was a week early on my sit of the week on Garrett Wilson like I think he had.

Speaker 3:

Wilson's horrible.

Speaker 4:

He had really bad game. They've got big. They were upset. Did you see the sideline little, they had a little argument.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's the right word.

Speaker 3:

So Garrett Wilson had five for 48 on nine targets. Targets are there.

Speaker 2:

Targets are. Yeah, the targets are there, just enough that you, I think, keep playing them, but the Jets play the Chiefs next week, so maybe he has a garbage touchdown.

Speaker 3:

They're gonna have to make a change of some play a quarterback here.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they said Matt Ryan and went straight shot to the Jets. The Jets aren't ready though at the moment. Where's Matt Ryan, even signed? No, he's not Derek cars, another guy who hurt me. I did a sleeper play on him to have over 21 and a half Completions. He was at 13 and got hurt really reached out.

Speaker 5:

He was said, he wants to be in the booth. Oh, maybe that's what he is, that way he said I thought I said he said he's joining a broadcast booth of 20 years in the booth. So he's maybe alerted that he'd like to play still.

Speaker 2:

I thought I saw something on Twitter from somebody that Matt Ryan reached out. Yeah, free eight. Yeah, okay, maybe on sleeper months, anything.

Speaker 5:

I saw something from a tweet, okay well, here's a recent quote I just learned in the 15 years of play did not shut any doors. So basically saying, if I get a chance to play again, I will basically. Let's make sense to.

Speaker 3:

Trent. Going back to another hurtful decision I made, and actually Texas in the group chat, my 2v2 on my main. One of my main DFS teams was Alexander Madison and Christian Kirk, verse tank Dillon, kenan Allen and I chose wrong. Oh, that was very awesome, I'll just you with the wrong decision. Yeah, I was leaning that way anyways.

Speaker 2:

I think you could say B John Robinson. He had yeah.

Speaker 3:

I kind of said that one I yeah and one of my main I'm actually surprised that the Lions did that well.

Speaker 5:

And on holding into three points, I mean maybe they just stack the box made him pass, exposed the passing game.

Speaker 2:

They tried to get Kyle Pitts involved a little bit more today. He had six fancy points, five catches, nine targets. He had a carry. So like Arthur Smith is drawing up handoffs for Kyle Pitts, which is interesting, but uh, hoping, george Pickens gets involved a little bit more also.

Speaker 5:

Let me say this to Zach Erz got tackled in the one-yard line on a shovel pass. I saw that I was hoping for that touchdown so bad.

Speaker 2:

The point where it's like you almost care just as much about your picks as you do about you know. I mean, yeah, I know I was like, I was like guys.

Speaker 5:

I was like, oh, like the Cardinals are winning, like Zach Hertz must be like having a good game. He has one point. And then I'm like, ten minutes late, I see the shovel pass.

Speaker 2:

I'm like please lots of shuffle passes. Today too, I had that nice shuffle pass for a touchdown to. Who is that? It was a nice little shuffle and it looked weird because it was with his right hand. It was cool.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, did the Cardinals hurt you today, trent? Is that one of the team?

Speaker 2:

Well, he said Cowboys, so I didn't think I could, I guess.

Speaker 5:

I could say card oh team than the Cardinals yeah.

Speaker 2:

First win for Dobbs.

Speaker 3:

Dobbs. Actually, I'll be honest, hasn't looked too bad.

Speaker 2:

He has it in the Cardinals like they're playing a lot harder.

Speaker 1:

They're playing harder and they've.

Speaker 2:

They've blown two games. You know, I'm saying like they're actually playing pretty hard.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, they should have won last, but it's gonna be a shocker when the defense looks good. Yeah, they're playing a lot harder than I thought they were going and Kyler Murray gets back and they just continue to lose, though I guarantee it like yeah.

Speaker 2:

Kyler Murray had an Instagram post this week, though, talking about how much he misses playing and he looked pretty happy for the team he's out there on the sidelines.

Speaker 4:

So paying attention? Well, he knows he's listening here, when he comes back.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, anything, phil, who hurts you today? Are you like you?

Speaker 4:

know, Seahawks, one See how I feel I'm feeling pretty good about today. Actually I am, yeah, I'm feeling good. I didn't have anyone that really hurt me. I also didn't go.

Speaker 2:

Well, the night young, there's still time for that, phil, I did no betting today. Okay, all right, you guys, any divas here to wrap up the show? This divas, if you're new to the episode, these are things that just kind of tick us off throughout the day. It could be football related, it doesn't have to be football related, but stuff that just bugs us, or, you know, maybe sometimes we're even the diva, and if you want some waiver wires, I will have a waiver wire pod coming out on Tuesday. Remember, the biggest compliment you can give us is to share us with a friend, you know. So don't be rude. Share the Dude's really helps us out. Give us a thumbs up and like, subscribe us on YouTube, guys. But uh, yeah, jordan, you got something you want to share, you know yeah, heavy on your heart.

Speaker 3:

You know it's a pretty like, honestly is pretty crazy the whole. So I Was on the plane ride from Seattle to Anchorage flight, plane, flight, plane, flight. Um, what do I say? Ride? Okay, same thing, but, um, I could be a diva for that, making that distinction.

Speaker 4:

Okay, um.

Speaker 3:

And I, you know, like I will admit that I was a little bit, I was being a little bit nosy, but I just happened to, like the guy was, you know, taller dude, and he had the phone kind of up you know Pretty high and I was in the sea and the middle seat behind and he was like so it's like person in front to the left, yeah, row in front of me.

Speaker 1:

It's right between the sea. Yeah, so Is it is.

Speaker 3:

Yes, yes and you can't, you can't help it I just couldn't help it, and and so he pulls up and I notice he's on a dating app, you know. And so the others pretty try to rossity kicks in pretty attractive girls. So I was like, oh, not a sponsor of the pot, no, it's not a sponsor the app is called curiosity, no, no.

Speaker 1:

Do not look at it.

Speaker 3:

Anyway, so long story short. I start just kind of like looking every once in a while and this guy's like. And then I see him like he starts like texting like ten different girls all at once, like and I'm like man, this guy has like some serious game, you know like is and then he's like he's flipping back. Flipping back to the dating app like matching with girls up to around, like this guy's doing all it's on a plane ride right now.

Speaker 4:

Are you taking notes?

Speaker 3:

I was, you know I started taking notes, a little bit like okay, like this guy, uh, whatever. So so, uh, I'm like man.

Speaker 4:

You want to give him a fist.

Speaker 3:

Going to town. So but then about half of the flight or oh, we were all we were waiting like on the tarmac for like an hour because there was so Maintenance going on the plane. And it was a weird about like 45 minutes into it Some girl, like two rows up like turns to look at him, like, ask him like why are we stopped, you know? And he didn't really say anything and he's still doing his thing on the phone and sort of the whole plane ride, you know. And then all of a sudden I'm like you, I think like he might be with that girl, and so I'm like man, this is weird, cause like they started like making eye contact, like he like talked to her one time when he got up and I'm like, okay, either this guy's just spitting more game or he's like what this?

Speaker 2:

girl. Maybe he just met her on the app. Yeah, that's a possibility, possibility.

Speaker 3:

Possibility.

Speaker 1:

So I was like okay, whatever, so we go to baggage claim FYI.

Speaker 3:

I'm two seats behind you. You know we go to baggage claim or whatever, and they are a hundred percent a couple. A hundred percent a couple. Walk out of the airport. This guy is the biggest scumbag, dirt bag of all time. Yeah, texting probably 15 different girls on the plane While his whatever.

Speaker 5:

So Jordan takes back this guy's game to be the scumbag. Hopefully he's not our listener.

Speaker 3:

I, I yeah.

Speaker 4:

Did you slip Honestly? Did you like slip or Did you slip the significant other note or something I did?

Speaker 3:

not, I did not, you know, but yeah, yeah, it was very, it was one of the most like, it was very low, very weird like things have ever like, like, seen, like I was like man. This guy is like he's going to town right now and then turns out he's on the plane with his girlfriend the whole time. So I mean, I guess they don't know for sure it's his girlfriend, but you know, definitely looked like they were a couple, you know they flew to Alaska together, right, so you can take whatever that means. Yeah, it's a pretty crazy, pretty crazy. Do you have, I would say, major diva?

Speaker 4:

You guys, have you talked to anyone else? Have you talked to anyone else? You've been like, wow, that's insane.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I told a couple of people in there.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, they were just like. Were they shocked? Or were they just like, yeah, that's like standard practice in today's day and age?

Speaker 3:

I think more shocked, like like that's insane, like it's pretty bold to like, oh yeah.

Speaker 4:

It's sick. Really, to be quite honest with you, that's sick.

Speaker 2:

Seth, you got anything that can top that, or do you have anything at all? You know, your birthday boy did someone like did you not get a good present? You know, was the cake dry, like you know?

Speaker 5:

under season steak. No, like all my food was good, I will say that wasn't very impressive. At the cake I got at vintage press though Really Don't want to throw them under the bus the espresso ice cream there was amazing though, yeah, but the cake I was like it's okay Mid, it was made. Cake can be tough. It was like I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate and it was like it was like a I don't know technically what the flavor of the-. Flavor profile. The cake actually was, but like on the outside was dark chocolate and I'm a big dark chocolate guy. But even like the cake on the inside wasn't that good, yeah, so I don't know.

Speaker 4:

Dark chocolate cake is a bold move, in my opinion. Like not many people People, like some people do, though I think a lot.

Speaker 5:

I think most people like dark chocolate, and so I'm just don't-.

Speaker 3:

Dark chocolate is like a fancier thing too, though that's a pretty fancy restaurant.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I just didn't really. I just was hoping I'd get like a really good piece of cake at a really good restaurant and I guess dark chocolate maybe is one of them one. It's like you can really miss on that one, yeah, whereas like you go milk chocolate. Almost everyone likes milk chocolate, right.

Speaker 4:

Phil, do you have anything? No, this is, I'm sure. This is my third week in a row without anything.

Speaker 2:

And the thing is, I know you do have something. You just you know your brain's not functioning at a hundred percent right now.

Speaker 4:

It's because it's 10, 10 pm, I'm gonna use your excuse, that's fine. Maybe if you say something it'll fire me up, but let me hear it Well you're gonna agree with mine, but mine is just commercials during the football game.

Speaker 2:

You know I'm watching these commercials and these you know you're watching with your kid. You know I have a two year old and these like exorcist commercials come on and it's like you gotta change the channel.

Speaker 3:

You know it's like your kids have night Before the kids up at 3 am and night they turn on the movie ones Like the movie, like the movie. Extra Halloween time.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, these Halloween commercials are just terrible. If you got kids, you know. You know, if you have kids watching the game, maybe they shouldn't be watching.

Speaker 5:

And what happens if you're like in the other room.

Speaker 2:

You know no, no, no, no no.

Speaker 3:

They should not be watching.

Speaker 5:

My wife has gotten mad at me because I'm using the restroom and she's like what is on the TV and I'm like I'm peeing.

Speaker 2:

No but like that happened today, I had to go take my other daughter to her room to go to sleep and I left the other one in there. I'm like, shoot, like there might just be, like you know, that scary commercial. I've been, you know, turning off the whole day, you know. But it's a nice thing about Red Zone is you don't have the commercials. So I'll normally I'll go back that, but I forgot. And I'm like, oh man, and my daughter like doesn't always like watching the football but she like really wants to watch the commercials. So I'm saying so it's like you have that battle of turning that off. But yeah, the scary commercials that are like that extra is this one's freaky, looking Like those little zombie ladies walking around and stuff.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I don't think I've seen that one, but I know what you're talking about, like the Halloween stuff.

Speaker 3:

That one was on tonight. I honestly can't really the last time I really watched commercials.

Speaker 5:

I don't really watch commercials, yeah, but you probably look down at your phone, whereas a kid who's like playing and I see a commercial on they're gonna be like, yeah, no, I don't even like.

Speaker 2:

It's like I have to like pay attention to like if. I'm checking like Twitter or like my fancy teams. It's well the game's on, cause if I could commercials on like my daughter might start crying or something you know. Like I have to like. It's kind of like a full time job when I'm watching TV.

Speaker 5:

You know you gotta keep the remote like you gotta keep it, like in your whole circle. You gotta keep your remote hands strong.

Speaker 2:

Yes, phil, do you have anything?

Speaker 4:

No, I don't. I've been having a pretty good like. I feel like sometimes you guys just wish like that I would run into something that just like ticks me right off you know I can't wait for we start playing football again on Sundays.

Speaker 5:

It's just so fucking rolling.

Speaker 4:

Well, here's one here. I can I do, Are you?

Speaker 2:

gonna play.

Speaker 4:

I don't think so no.

Speaker 2:

I can show you one right here Selfie Kim.

Speaker 4:

The, the. Yeah, I don't know, Don't reach, don't reach.

Speaker 2:

You just gotta keep your notes ready and you gotta you know, like when you see something you know you almost have to prepare for the pot.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, yeah, you have to.

Speaker 3:

it's just it's a couple of content creation. It doesn't come with a very like.

Speaker 4:

Eventually it'll come with the one where you said most of it are like, are like bombs.

Speaker 3:

He'll be a very fictional big bomb from yeah, from Bill.

Speaker 4:

Fiction, non-fiction.

Speaker 2:

Yes, I was at Costco and they moved the belt from this side of the cold room to the other side of the cold room. I'm trying to think like don't push it.

Speaker 4:

Don't push it. No, no, no, no.

Speaker 3:

We'll give you a week to make up a lie.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I also won't be here. Maybe I'm the diva. I will not be here this show this week. That's true, that's true. I know I'm gonna be missed. I'm gonna be missed or our listenership is gonna be through the roof. Well, if it's through the roof if it's through the roof.

Speaker 2:

we might just say like, hey, you can be an intern or something or run the cameras or something which you might be better at.

Speaker 4:

honestly, don't give me that gift.

Speaker 5:

You can massage my feet while I'm hot. Oh, all right.

Speaker 2:

I think that does it. We got a waiver wire pod coming tomorrow. Then we'll be back on Thursday. Always and as always, guys, take care.
