Speaker 2:

This is the fantasy football dudes podcast.

Speaker 1:

What is up, my dudes? This is Trent. On today's episode We are going to talk about, you know, maybe a little bit of Deandre Hopkins landing spots, but mostly dynasty targets, and maybe that's why we'll talk about Deandre Hopkins, some divas and more NFL talk. But before we get into the NFL talk, let's just recap to you know, this weekend It's been a while since you guys talked to us. Seth, you look horrible.

Speaker 3:

Don't tell your wife. No, yeah, exactly exactly.

Speaker 1:

My wife did not punch, so Seth, you guys had a good baseball season. You won the section.

Speaker 3:

Yeah. So I'll just say how it happened. I was throwing in the batting cage and I was getting a little lazy, didn't get behind the screen in time, took a.

Speaker 1:

Took one To the face, yeah so how many we didn't win the game, the next day. So it wasn't worth it. How many stitches set? 12, 12 stitches, so you split your eyelid in half. Yeah, my eyelid and then you're underneath your eye 11 under my eye Yeah okay, so they did stitch your eyelid. It wasn't glue. Yeah, they stitched my eye Could you feel the like stitches on your eye When you were.

Speaker 3:

That was the most painful part, because he couldn't numb that part.

Speaker 4:

He's like hey, i can't know your eyelid.

Speaker 3:

So we just have to sew it how it is and I'm like okay, he's like, he's like you absolutely cannot move, because if you flinch too much like I will stab your eye I would have said put me to sleep, said put me under. Well, I was already in the emergency room for like six hours and I didn't want to stay there for like four more.

Speaker 4:

Okay so, did it feel like straight up sandpaper on your retinas or like like I can't imagine?

Speaker 5:

like having my eye.

Speaker 4:

No, no, but the stitches on your lid. You couldn't feel it on the inside. You get what I'm saying.

Speaker 3:

Yeah you, I mean yes you sort of could. It just felt like I don't know it. It felt weird when he tied it, like I don't know. The prick wasn't as bad as I thought, but like the actual tying of the Thing was if you're at the emergency room for six hours, what's four hours more?

Speaker 1:

I heard the guy next to you. It's a lot worse.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, the guy next to me came in five minutes after me cut off three of his fingers with a table. Saw, oh man?

Speaker 4:

and I was like Hold your hand up real quick.

Speaker 3:

These three. He sat down next to me and I'm all those your fingers in that bowl of ice. He goes, yep.

Speaker 2:

Yo you talk to him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he's gonna come on the pot.

Speaker 3:

He goes. Man, I really got. I really wish I got hit the face by a ball and I'm like I bet you did.

Speaker 4:

So is he just bandaged his like hand?

Speaker 3:

look like one of those defensive linemen hand was in like a bath towel and, like he's, his fingers were sitting in a bowl of ice water.

Speaker 4:

He drive himself to that. No, his wife drove him and so were they gonna try and sew it back on to well.

Speaker 3:

He got in obviously a lot quicker than me like, so he came in said hey, like my finger, but he still waited 15 minutes for them to take him back.

Speaker 4:

So were they gonna. So were they gonna stop trying. So back. I didn't see him.

Speaker 5:

The hospital the way.

Speaker 3:

I mean obviously, like I didn't see my other waiting rooms, like obviously they took him, you know pretty.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, that's like an emergency. That is an emergency. Did they fix him, can he? I don't know, did you shake his hand?

Speaker 4:

No, did you get his contact info, instagram handle or anything? I?

Speaker 3:

think the guy was like. When I was talking to a man Like, i think he was like like he would already freaked out and like so, because he was like talking, he was like moving back and forth and like, but apparently, like I thought his wife after they took him back, he's like apparently this guy is like full of accidents. You know, and I'm like dude, why are you cutting wooden trellis for your tomatoes? Just buy the trellis at home depot for 50 cents. So like I mean obviously says like a DIY guy like he likes to lose appendages while doing it. There might be some drinking involved, like If you think your life's that bad, go to the ER room and you'll be like, wow, my life's not that bad.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, phil, how you doing, man, you have a good weekend.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, i was good, didn't do. What did I do this weekend? I didn't do much, just kind of Man. I'm trying to think what I did. I didn't do much, just kind of hung out how to. I did some yardwork just some, just some standard yard worker out my house trend some trees.

Speaker 1:

Me, you and settlement white water rafting. A couple weeks ago That was. We did go We almost lost Trent Four feet from you know a bridge to the forehead. Yeah, I did get nervous about.

Speaker 4:

A lot of room, though. No, it was less than four feet.

Speaker 3:

Did you guys?

Speaker 4:

They were trying to offset, trent me for the way, numb, like guys. There's three other people on this boat that are heavier than me. Why am I? why am I the offset?

Speaker 1:

guy. No, Phil threw up six times on the way.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's true. You threw up Phil on the way out, Oh yeah, that's why we're like 45 minutes. No, No, no this is what happened, i heard, was my brother in law threw up and I like he was in front of us And I saw him throw his head out the window and it just chunks and oh.

Speaker 4:

So here's the thing. Here's the thing I so I didn't front seat. He didn't do anything this week.

Speaker 1:

He made an hour-long drive. you know two hours long, So this would happen.

Speaker 4:

So this is what happened. I was like, okay, we're going on, we're going white water rafting. I am going to like not, car bloated on well.

Speaker 3:

I'm not gonna car, but kind of car because I didn't know what to expect.

Speaker 4:

So I did peanut butter and waffles with syrup, one just one, not like ego, like like my wife had made them, and then They're frizz. I, i warmed it up And then I had a glazed donut when we got there. Don't lie, chase it down with the glass of milk. No, no, no, no, no. So then, but then the people that I'm riding with set, you can vouch for this. The people that I'm riding with were like 20 minutes, like in the truck.

Speaker 3:

In the truck, yeah the people that I'm riding with were 20 minutes late.

Speaker 4:

So the guy driving, bless his heart, was trying to catch up to the rest of the crew, and so we're we caught up before we got to the mountains and in my driver's Defense you know like, yeah, we know that's not true. So they're like we're about 15 to 20 minutes ahead. So this guy's taken like basically one way turns going way too fast, and I'm sitting in the back seat and I'm listening to Trent talk, which is exhausting enough, plus you throw in windy roads and at that, nauseating it's a nauseating yes. And so at some point I'm like, hey, you got a pullover. And so the first time I pull over I just start yacking in the front trends in the front seat, and the driver keeps rolling down trends window, so he has to like be involved with it basically the entire time. So then we switch seats. But it was it was probably like five to six times like we got there. That's a lot. I think it was worse than your brother.

Speaker 5:

He got out of the car he got out of the car. Didn't you not see the photos. have some self-control, No that's some self-respect.

Speaker 1:

No, no, if you know, holding it, holding it holding in, throw up his war is way worse. Dude, no guy throws up five times in a car ride No no, no, he probably threw up three times, but the other three times he was just dry heaving.

Speaker 4:

I was prepping myself, dude You were prepping my soft, i did. Dude, it was a. It was a rough day before we got there. I didn't touch the Mexican food before we left.

Speaker 5:

I'm like to kick you off the dudes, like you're gonna do anymore. Yeah come on, dude. Hey, no, this is a no once.

Speaker 4:

No, no, this is what we're gonna do Jordan, you're gonna have a waffle, peanut butter and syrup. Then you'll have a donut and you're gonna sit in the back and listen to talk about who knows what for 45 Minutes that was probably the worst part people in be you hanging in a car with me for 45 minutes.

Speaker 5:

I thought I throw up, it just wouldn't happen. I hold it in. I have some self-control, self-respect, our self-respect to George, you know what?

Speaker 4:

actually I believe that because you went, you went living life for about six to ten months with a fire alarm That was broken, like so yeah, and then honestly, that's lacking self-respect. So do I believe you can hold throw up in? Yes, do you do it for a long time? Also, yes, but I don't live your lifestyle that, so I'm not gonna take advice from you.

Speaker 1:

I don't say Go check us out on YouTube at Tfm dudes to see all that.

Speaker 4:

I.

Speaker 1:

Jordan, how's your weekend, man? Do you get basketball or something?

Speaker 5:

I didn't do any basketball. Let's we get.

Speaker 4:

It was good. Can we tell the story of you almost dying though?

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I don't hear that story. Yeah, what happened on the on?

Speaker 1:

the white water. I, anyways, our guide, thought it'd be a good idea to take us over this last rapid, like there's no rapids left. He's like, hey, there's one right there by the bridge, but gotta be pretty technical. Well, the guy in front of our boat the driver of the vehicle We may be he practically was, you know, a mermaid up front, that you know. But anyways okay. We're we're technical, so let's do it. So we do it, and We a couple people in our boat who were not very good. No you were not near being one of the worst people. Someone's paddle not reaching water, but anyways, we end up going right by this bridge and we just wrap it and I'm like, oh shoot, i get my or sticking up against the bridge and I'm like man, i almost went like so I'm sitting on the right side of the boat, i'm all the way on the left side of the boat, like Sitting basically on my cousin's lap, because it's the bridge pushed me all the way over, just wrecked house. I seriously was like me, i was. It was going through my mind. I'm like either need to jump out of the, i need to jump out of the boat right now, because I'm gonna take the bridge head on. And I was like if I jump out the boat, i'm gonna get ran over by the boat and the only thing I was thinking was if I get concussed, or these guys gonna get me back in the boat. You know like What's their ability?

Speaker 4:

Yeah, what's our ability?

Speaker 3:

What's the worst part is is like the. The place where you like get out is like 50 yards away from you Yeah, yeah you have to kind of hustle to get out Yeah.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, you keep going down the rapids and there's there's some sketchier ones. Just pass that. What's why they stop?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah so, anyways, i he survived. I had a good weekend. I'm gonna talk about my weekend in the diva section, though. Is that okay, guys? It's fine? Yeah, we'll go over there, because I have three divas for this week. It all happened with my encounter yesterday.

Speaker 4:

You traveled this week. I traveled.

Speaker 1:

I went to the Dodgers Yankees game. It was pretty cool, had great seats, got some free tickets. But I will talk about my divas of the week. At the end of the show we get to divas and sounds good. It's pretty cool seeing Aaron judge. You know we're obin triple. You know He had a home run close to your Fresno State guy do that stuff. So let's get into our you know dynasty targets that we were talking about guys. But with draft season around the corner, I'd like to Talk about underdog sports guys. Underdog is my favorite. Are the dudes favorite place to play? DFS force I'm still talking about Phil said I'm about self-respect.

Speaker 2:

I'm so sorry.

Speaker 1:

Underdog is easiest way to play fantasy sports. Draft your team and, and forget it, no sitting lineups or trades. It's the dudes favorite place to play best ball. All kinds of other DFS games, inter promo code, dudes. They will match you up to $100. There's a lot of best ball drafts right now, guys, i don't know, throwing a dollar one, three dollar one, all kinds of different stuff, the Phil special, the dollar dollar Yeah but no, hey, you can. There's. You can win up to a million dollars on some of those drafts. So go ahead, check it out They. They have a budget for everyone. It's a very budget friendly. Whatever you want, whatever your taste is, how risky you want to get, go to underdog They got that rivals all kinds of good stuff. I we love underdog set. You haven't been sending me plays in the discord lately. Dude nation, maybe try to get in on that, even if you don't want to play him. I just need something to play. I know, you can't catch anything set if your polls not in the water. okay, wise fisherman once told me that, so scared My, don't make money anyways, guys, let's get into our Dynasty targets. Jordan, you got anything here? Do you want to just talk about you? Andre Hopkins, i know it's not really a dynasty. Yeah maybe it's somebody. If you have a good team.

Speaker 5:

I would imagine his redrop values gonna be pretty high if he's on the chiefs of the bills. I think so if he goes, the Browns like I've seen the Browns thrown around, i think it's values, not as I, but you don't think him and Watson would be a good? I just I'm not, i don't believe into Sean Watson anymore.

Speaker 1:

So so you think it's just done. I.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I mean I think he's done I if he can go, but I heard that Hopkins wants a ton of money, so We'll see what happens there.

Speaker 4:

I can't imagine team signing him for more than one year. Do they have to take out? was there? how much was left over?

Speaker 5:

He wants like a lucrative contract. Let's see if there's.

Speaker 4:

I Imagine this contract is gonna be. Odell Beckham is kind of weird because he had that. He had like the Bitcoin part of his deal. I imagine this deal being more of like an Odell Beckham to the Rams type deal. You know what I'm saying. I know that he may want something different, but I don't foresee that actually happening. He probably just do you get what I'm saying or do you disagree with that?

Speaker 1:

No, i think he, yeah, i think he wants to go somewhere where he thinks he can More win. Right, I think he wants money. You think it's more money than winning.

Speaker 5:

Okay, so he's seeking a contract similar to the one-year 15 million dollar deal that Odell back. You said the Rams are.

Speaker 4:

I did, but I was basically yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5:

So I mean the I thought he would a multi-year Yeah, one year, i hope the chiefs of the chiefs and I hope the chiefs side of I think he'd do really really well in Kansas City.

Speaker 1:

There's some Dallas Cowboy chatter in there too, right, it's kind of.

Speaker 5:

I don't like as much, but oh yeah, i can understand that there's a lot of, a lot of stuff talking about the Browns, though.

Speaker 1:

I think it's gonna come down. Well, yeah, cuz he likes Watson, i think it's gonna come down to Do they want. it's gonna be bills and chiefs wanting to keep them away from the other one. right, that's what's I come down to.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, those two guys have to figure that out.

Speaker 1:

I don't so from a dynasty like do you think right now dynasty football wise Jordan, it's a hard time to get the Andre Hopkins, or you think it's an easier time and I want to say it's probably harder. I.

Speaker 5:

Say it's harder because nobody knows. It's hard to know what his value is With, like without knowing what team he's on, and I feel like people are gonna try to. If you try to trade for him, they're gonna want, like, the value of him being on the chiefs.

Speaker 1:

I I even threw a wild card out there, like maybe the dolphins might be kind of interesting if he went there.

Speaker 5:

I don't think he wants to go to his. I mean, what they have? they have waddle and Tyreek.

Speaker 1:

Tyreaks what got another two years there, though.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, i mean, hopkins is not.

Speaker 4:

Who, so where do you? you said you just like him more on the chiefs, right, i think the chiefs or the bills would be great fits.

Speaker 5:

Where do you like him more, chiefs?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I think the chiefs he'd be like the obviously number one off number one ride receiver, be him and Kelsey. Yep, well, and then what they've been saying about Tony recently too. But I mean, that's just not proven.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that would hurt.

Speaker 3:

Tony.

Speaker 5:

There's a lot of like say Yeah, it would hurt Tony.

Speaker 3:

That's not proven that Tony's gonna be what they're saying He is, though, cuz he always gets.

Speaker 5:

I think there's room for Tony Hopkins and Kelsey.

Speaker 3:

Oh, for sure.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, yeah, i think so. There's a lot of the chiefs receivers. It's gonna be very. If they don't sign yonder Hopkins, they don't sign anybody. It's gonna be very interesting. Like who emerges out of that receiver room? Yeah, hopkins, only 30 years old. He feels older than that and especially wide receiver.

Speaker 1:

He's not a running back. You know, like I still feel like he's got another three years or so in him. Like I'm looking at some highlights from him right here, all his one-handed catches he's had and stuff like that. Is there anyone on the Cardinals that you're like? Hey, i would target that guy for that. He thinks it's Rhondale Moore. I've seen a lot with dorks dorks.

Speaker 3:

I Feel like I've seen quite a bit with that guy cuz he had his kind of hot the end season.

Speaker 5:

I actually said our Rhondale, Yeah dorks.

Speaker 1:

I sent a dynasty trade out about 30 minutes before the DeAndre Hopkins news for Rhondale Moore for just a third round pick, you know, just for whatever. And the guy like I forgot I did it. You know I sent it and I was like man, i can't, maybe sent that. I'm like shoot, hopkins is gone. Moore's probably looks a lot better with no Hopkins there, right.

Speaker 5:

There's definitely a lot of people on the the dorks bandwagon, though.

Speaker 1:

Mm-hmm, so I don't. Is there any other guys?

Speaker 4:

I Think you'd be kind of we're talking about a FC teams It'd be kind of wild if you went to the jets. The likelihood of him going there is just so incredibly low. But what if he went to the jets?

Speaker 5:

that there's zero chance he goes the jets.

Speaker 4:

I agree with you, but I'm just saying we're talking a FC teams. How much, how crazy would it be to load up Rogers with another weapon there?

Speaker 1:

I I, i wouldn't write them off, jordan. He said he wants to go somewhere that has a quarterback that loves the game, so maybe that's something that does Aaron Rodgers love the game. Yeah, no, i know that's the one thing He said he wants. He wants a competitive defense, a quarterback that loves the game, and I can't remember what the other one.

Speaker 4:

I mean that's kind of all those things. I was kind of two of the things he wanted. I think Aaron Rodgers still loves the game.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but it's just like how many more games do you? got Aaron Rodgers, But again he's only looking for a one-year deal.

Speaker 4:

You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

Anyhow, yeah, i think bills and chiefs are the front runners, for sure, there's just.

Speaker 5:

I'm just looking at this chiefs wide receiver room without John Der Hopkins It's not very good, or you think well, it's just I. Don't know who's gonna be the guy. I don't either. So we got in VS. He's in VS. You know, i think he's in the lead. Kaderious Tony tons of upside sky, more tons of upside. Justin Watson Kind of know what he is. Ross has a lot of upside to, so I've been at Russia rice second-round draft pick, tons of upside Richie James and some good things with the Giants last year. And then Justin Ross. Justin Ross is the guy who I think Oh, he was so good at Clemson. And you have.

Speaker 3:

John right on John Ross, them like.

Speaker 5:

Justin Ross. If he doesn't, if he hasn't had that injury stuff, he would have been like a third, fourth-round draft pick, like I. They said he looks good. No, tas, he's the guy who, like I think he's like that deep, like if you do it like a dynasty, like It's kind of interesting pick up in dynasty, just cuz you don't know, like he could be the guy you you probably like Could just throw some.

Speaker 1:

Third, would you throw like second-round draft picks at some of those chiefs, wide receivers like Justin Ross or Well, Justin, I would take a good one.

Speaker 5:

Pick up on the the waiver wire right, or you can't.

Speaker 1:

You might be able to. You just like I I'm gonna transition here out of the chiefs wide receivers but like Miles Sanders, that's kind of a guy like running back that you maybe can get for. You know he's on the Panthers. Guys aren't super excited about the Panthers. I think Miles Sanders there That's like a dynasty running back He might be able to get for cheap. It's not a good team. Bryce Young would dump the ball down to Jameer Gibbs and college football. Maybe Miles Sanders is a decent PPR weapon here on the Panthers. It's just a safety valve for Bryce Young and I don't know what. You would think that Miles Sanders would be worth Jordan. Like you think if someone offered you a second-round pick for Miles Sanders, you'd be willing to give them up for that or no? I'm just trying to think of like you might be able to trade like Some decent a little bit of draft capital for some of these guys that we're mentioning And it's so I'm like if you.

Speaker 5:

I'll be honest, i have a hard time, like trying to figure out what draft capital is worth, and I know.

Speaker 1:

But so so there's some guys there like I'm in a rebuilding team right now. If I had Miles Sanders and you offered me a second-round draft pick, i'd say, yeah, i'll do it. You know what I'm saying. Like it's just like you just want more dart throws if you're in rebuilding. It depends on you if you're in a win now or like if you're a win now, guy and you just need a running back, maybe Miles Sanders looks pretty good as your number two running back.

Speaker 5:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Where you can do stuff like that. I don't know dynasty strategy I know we haven't really gotten into it too much, but it's.

Speaker 5:

It's kind of questions like I saw this on twitter, i think, today like Who do you like better? like CJ Stroud or Bryce Young? and like that whole, like offenses fit, like because I saw someone saying that like people are Prefer Stroud over young because of his weapons, but like, to me their weapons are kind of similar, if we're being honest.

Speaker 1:

I think. I think Stroud might have better wide receivers Right, because he has, like Mechie. Who else does he have over there? We don't, we haven't even seen Mechie. He has a Damien Pierce. Which Damien Pierce has a? so a beardless Neagle Collins.

Speaker 5:

Mechie, robert Woods. They drafted both Hutchison and Tankdale, signed Noah Brown. Yeah, so they got six, five, six receivers who are solid, and they got Schultz don't shoulder tied in. Damien Pierce running back, devon Singletary running back.

Speaker 1:

It's probably gonna be like if you had Damien Pierce. He's a guy that'd be hard to get this time of year, i think. I think people are excited to have Damien Pierce and dynasty football To where, like how he had a good season with what he had, that's a guy you could get him. I don't know. So the Panthers.

Speaker 5:

Then have Dylan shark, terrence Marshall, drats of Jonathan Mingo have shenalt there, shy Smith, titan Hayden Hurst, and they have Miles Sanders to the hover. Yeah, i guess the Texans weapons are a tad bit better.

Speaker 1:

Ted, i don't say I like love either one, but yeah, i'm just a tad, it's not a bunch. There's been some buzz about Elijah Moore in Cleveland Jordan. I know you don't earn a fan to Sean Watson anymore, but I think I mean it definitely go away at.

Speaker 5:

They signed Hopkins.

Speaker 1:

It definitely would go away because with the Mari Cooper, but I felt like this jet should have kept Elijah more I'd I didn't feel like he ever really got like a fair shake at things. But Yeah, saints, tight ends, i think something you could. Good guys are giggling over.

Speaker 4:

I don't know what they're gonna set me a dynasty move on the pot Did you really.

Speaker 3:

I just dropped Tom Brady. I was looking at my I Hopkins, so like I was looking at him.

Speaker 5:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

I did trade for him a couple months ago actually.

Speaker 5:

So you have the notification that he made a move.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm, i dropped on Brady.

Speaker 2:

So I was thinking about respect. He's part of that.

Speaker 1:

He's part of the Raiders regime now, right, or he's trying to. They got to prove him.

Speaker 3:

Well, I think he's gonna be confirmed part owner.

Speaker 1:

Mm-hmm, that actually could be something sneaky that really helps the Raiders out, i think he could be, you know, i think it'd be someone that they actually listen to.

Speaker 5:

I saw him on Interview with ESPN and he said that he's not gonna be super involved right away. Oh really, It'll be something that he organically kind of gets into kind of weird to be an owner and a commentator right. Yeah, he said right now that he does, he thinks his role will increase or he's just trying to find out. You know, he kind of just he said right now He wants to know how to have his kids and kind of he didn't commentating thing. I think this is something that he, like long term, will be heavily involved in. I think it might be like five, six years from now is when he kind of starts to get into it.

Speaker 4:

He's, he's like. I follow him on Instagram and he seems like he's he's doing a lot of interviews now, but it almost seems like he's like kind of on the Aaron Rodgers chain. He like doesn't seem like the Tom Brady who's playing football and maybe that was his like mentality Just switched, switched away from not like competing. You get what I'm saying. Have you, have you? like as far, i don't like like. He just seems like kind of spacey, like very into like meditation type Stuff. You get what I'm saying. Maybe he was always into that, i don't know. It just seems like talk post Tom Brady career does not seem like the same Tom Brady who played football. Well, i think most know most people stay similar. I.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I mean he's also was 45 when he retired and not 35.

Speaker 4:

That's fair. Anyhow, I'm just five years away from 50,.

Speaker 5:

You know like yeah he's got some maturity. No, I think he's very comfortable just being a family man, dad and yeah, so that was an unnecessary time Yeah well, yeah, elijah, elijah. More though, trent like I who they have a Mark Cooper and Elijah Moore. Is that it Mark Cooper and Elijah Moore which I'm I mean. I really liked Elijah Moore and Miss at Ole Miss in college and I think he's very talented, so I mean I was a huge Elijah Moore guy coming out, is he? was he a rookie to last year? Last year was his second year. His third year Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I think he had a decent rookie year with Matt White, or? no, that was last year, right? No, that was two years ago, are?

Speaker 4:

you talking about Mike White?

Speaker 1:

Mike. White sorry he had some decent games He strung together and then never really gelled with Zach Wilson, but no one did. Might be a good dynasty time to trade for Deshaun Watson if you're a super flex, and they have guys there, though.

Speaker 5:

I mean they got a Mark Cooper, DP, DPJ, Don, People's Jones, Elijah Moore the draft is said to be a tommy who I think is really good at Tennessee. Yes, got Mark. He's good when they have David Bell, who I think was a rookie last year.

Speaker 1:

So when they got guys, I think Watson, like he has this full off season, he's working out with the guys. I think he's going to bounce back a little bit better. You don't think he's like I'm talking super flex dynasty. You might be able to get this guy fairly cheap. Yeah, no, he's fine, i just you don't think he's going to be a top five quarterback ever again. No, no, no, i mean he just didn't look, he looked, he looked pretty bad last year. Yeah, I think I'm going to send some trades out for Watson to see what I can do.

Speaker 4:

I got I mean for I mean here's what I'll say, trent He. So he played what the back seven? Yes.

Speaker 1:

Yes, he plays the back seven.

Speaker 4:

He had a bunch of weird stuff going on. It's kind of hard to come in when everyone's at their best right. If you look at a quarterback who their first game they're usually it's not. They're not firing on all cylinders. You know what I'm saying. And he had seven games He was also dealing with, like through the first 10 weeks just a bunch of really weird stuff. I don't know if I don't think he'll be top five. I don't. I wouldn't write him off that. He's going to be out. He's not going to be Russell Wilson is what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

He might be like a QB one, though, again.

Speaker 4:

I agree.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, he's top 10 quarterback. You think I think there's potential he could do that. Yeah, it wasn't that long ago. He was, you know, third quarterback off the board.

Speaker 5:

He just didn't look good last year.

Speaker 1:

He didn't look good, but I'm just I think that someone like that, i don't see someone like that just falling away for a week.

Speaker 5:

Six games, yeah.

Speaker 4:

You see what I'm saying. Like he started, he didn't have a. He looked terrible. Jordan, i couldn't agree with you more, but it was just a really weird, as it should have been, of course, you know.

Speaker 1:

I think he's a great dynasty target for a quarterback. I think Goff is another guy I would try to get on his contract year Maybe. if you're not, I'm not.

Speaker 5:

You're not on the golf. I think I didn't hookers a good time.

Speaker 1:

Well, yeah, well, that but that's kind of like a rookie draft where you'll be able to draft him this year, right, like I'm talking more of like trade wise stuff, like yeah, i do think hookers good too, like why.

Speaker 5:

What's the point of trading? It depends what state where your team's at Right Like if you're a win now.

Speaker 1:

Team like super flex. I think golf's a great guy to trade for.

Speaker 5:

I agree If you're in a like a win now type of like if you're a quarterback away.

Speaker 1:

Saints tight ends. I kind of mentioned this earlier. Derek Carr always seems to be a tight end guy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, as a.

Speaker 5:

John Johnson right.

Speaker 1:

I think could be like a guy you could get later in drafts, or, and then Foster Moro. Yeah, so he's got two of those guys there.

Speaker 5:

They still have a Troutman or any of those other guys there.

Speaker 1:

I don't think Troutman's there anymore, but yeah, it could be a total.

Speaker 5:

What are we? they got Taysum Hill, jesse James. Yeah, let's take some hills for us tomorrow. Do you want Johnson Interesting to see what role Taysum Hill has this year?

Speaker 1:

I think he's still going to be involved.

Speaker 5:

He's a full time full time offensive player, not another quarterback Right.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like, like you said when we talked basketball Jordan, like I think he's a guy I always try to go after his taste.

Speaker 5:

He blows up. Yeah, i just don't know like what, with Derek Carr being there, like how would he affect him?

Speaker 1:

Well, they don't really have a running back right now, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So maybe Taysum Hill gets a lot more goal line carries.

Speaker 5:

Taysum Hill is 32 years old, so the older side he's up there. What are they? I'm just trying to get with it. Listen to him as a tight ends What? I think they'll be very creative with how they use them. I think so too. Another court where's Sean Payton out, by the way? I forget where's.

Speaker 1:

Broncos, broncos.

Speaker 5:

Man, they would not shock me if somehow Taysum Hill ends up in the front post.

Speaker 1:

That wouldn't shock me either.

Speaker 5:

No, because that is Sean Payton's guy. Yeah, the moment he's a free agent, he's going to wherever Sean Payton is, because that's his guy. Yeah, sean Payton is the only guy who ever believed in him to be an actual quarterback.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, Well, you know, it's funny is I actually was looking at that they use that, what they called that kind of position, like a joker position. Yeah, in the offense they're saying Greg Dulcich, the guy had a couple like weird crazy games at the Broncos playing that role Sean. Payton's using him.

Speaker 5:

I can see that Really. Yep, i can see that That's crazy.

Speaker 3:

I just read that right now because I saw someone drop them. But anyways, i just thought that was interesting, so they made that connection.

Speaker 1:

I'm in a super flex dynasty league. I need a quarterback. Brady retired.

Speaker 3:

I got.

Speaker 1:

Joe Burrow as my other guy I need to. Like, i need to find that's it. My other quarterback is Matt Correll. Okay, what's your draft position?

Speaker 5:

He's number five.

Speaker 1:

You can get, you might feel good, i think I'm gonna get Levis there at five in a super flex, so you have young shroud Richardson.

Speaker 4:

Richardson hooker and Levis Levis before hooker. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So see, my team started out a trade up, i don't know. My team started out eight and oh then Brady started playing bad, cooper Cup got hurt. So my team it was the startup was last year, we were really good, but we're old. So we started out eight and oh then we like were terrible after Cooper Cup got hurt. Right, but now we need a quarterback. Like I'm just trying to scrape something together with our quarterback in that league. I'm trying to get Desmond Ritter in that league. I, the guy won't even get it's. At that point I would trade up.

Speaker 5:

You think, yeah, i don't know if he's gonna trade up and get shot or young. That's what I was, that's what I was.

Speaker 1:

That's what I've been trying to do.

Speaker 5:

I was thinking that I might be able to get ridder cheaper but the guy's kind of like Oh, you have no quarterback, I'm just not gonna trade out Those three guys are all gonna be really good players.

Speaker 1:

I do, but it's also kind of where these guys are like Hey it's super flex.

Speaker 3:

We need a quarter, or you can't get Kayla Williams for next year.

Speaker 1:

You know you know trade for that, no, just suck all year and you get a first round pick for another first round pick next year next year. But like Desmond Ritter I know you don't love him, jordan, but like I think Drake London's gonna be better this year I think Kyle Pitts should be better this year. I think he's gonna really open that up. He should be able to be like a serviceable quarterback in that office that I think you might be able to get ridder on the cheap And maybe he's okay Like. I super flex, like maybe not a redraft, but super flex dynasty. I think it's not bad to trade some stuff for Ritter. No, i agree.

Speaker 4:

I mean look at the division too. I think that helps him a little bit.

Speaker 1:

What are your takes on? like Johan Dotson Jordan, You like Dotson. I like Dotson a lot.

Speaker 5:

I think Sam Howell's not. I'm gonna decide. Like this might sound crazy, sam Howell or Desmond Ritter, you would say that I liked what I saw out of Howell last year.

Speaker 1:

Unfortunately, I got Matt Corral in my in the startup last year, not Sam Howell.

Speaker 4:

You guys are good, you lean, you lean Washington.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 5:

You lean commanders. Huh, his dad's a like that's a commander. So I'm bad at doing it.

Speaker 4:

But I feel like he always, like he suddenly will, he'll toss in like a commander thing here.

Speaker 5:

Sam Howell was good in college.

Speaker 4:

No, i know, but like I feel like you always, periodically, will just throw in a commander You guys should get his fantasy season projections, like they're up there with Stroud and Young.

Speaker 5:

Really They're up there I would like in the reds. You know, the commanders Sorry The commanders, like they didn't draft a quarterback, they feel pretty now They maybe they're just waiting till next year. Yeah, you know, but like I think I'd rather go after Sam Howell than I would Desmond Ritter, and that might be easier.

Speaker 2:

Is.

Speaker 5:

Sam Howell owned in that league.

Speaker 1:

I believe, i believe he is. It's a super flex. So, guys, just go.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, but he was like number three last year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but he played and had, so he played usually in that league, if a guy's right, you're right.

Speaker 3:

He's open in ours.

Speaker 5:

He's in our league, that we're all in. Actually.

Speaker 3:

I did have looking at him right here Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Here's another one, Jordan.

Speaker 5:

Probably get drafted in our yard.

Speaker 1:

You might be able to trade for this guy. Like running backs, lifespans are pretty short in dynasty football. This guy's only 25. Najee Harris he's still on his first year contract. They have that fifth year option. The Steelers and I'll even say Kenny Pickett might be a guy you can throw into this, because they kept their offensive coordinator, they kept their quarterback and they kept their head coach. Like I could see Pickett being okay, i think Najee is going to be really good. They drafted What's that guy's name? Roderick. The left tackle is that his name was Roderick, so they beefed up that off, it's Broderick. Broderick Yeah, The perfect bully name. But Najee Harris. Like Najee Harris, he had a lot of receptions. Last year. I think he had the fifth most receptions for wide receivers. Here's the deal with these running backs on their first year contract, These NFL teams want to get all the juice they can out of the orange, So they are just going to squeeze it and give these guys the ball a lot. I think Najee's a great dynasty asset right now And he didn't have a good year last year, but he's still got a couple of years left. They're going to just. I could see Najee being really good And I think Pickett might take a leap also. Just another year in the NFL, another season. Do you like any of those receivers? Jordan, You like Pickens more than I know. You don't like Pickens more, but you might be able to trade George Pickens for something.

Speaker 5:

I'm a Pickens guy.

Speaker 1:

I like Pickens more than who's the other guy you like, well, deontay, you like Deontay, so you would try to trade.

Speaker 5:

There's no play pool anymore, so you would trade for Pickens potentially. I like Pickens a lot. Yeah, okay, what? I'm just looking at my dynasty team and kind of just looking at names here Kamara What would you do with Kamara?

Speaker 1:

if you have Kamara, i don't think you can get a lot out of running backs like that is what you know what I mean, like you probably just hold on to him. I think you have to hold on to him or trade him for a second round draft pick to a guy that might win, you know?

Speaker 5:

and maybe you get a lucky. The problem with my dynasty team, you know, is that I'm I'm one of the better.

Speaker 1:

I feel like I have a team that's worthy of you, you might want to try to trade him for a first round draft pick to somebody You know what I mean. Like Seth won his belts on the table here. Maybe you trade him to Seth or something. My team still looks really good for what it's worth. Yeah, and you're decently young.

Speaker 5:

But yeah, my team's pretty young. What do you? okay, another guy, just throw a guy here, what do you? what would you if you have Cal? like, what do you think Calvin really is worth? He's a very interesting guy, i think, because, like I know, in this league he was my first round draft pick, i think in this league that I've held on to and he hasn't played since. but like, what's his value? like What do you think his value? I think his value.

Speaker 1:

I think it's good.

Speaker 5:

I'm also very curious what he'll get, where he'll be drafted in redraft leagues too. I think we may have actually talked about this already.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we need to.

Speaker 5:

Well, no, i think that's because all the reports are like out of camp are great. Like I said, you could tell that Trevor Lawrence and him have been working together quite a bit. It'll be very interesting to see, like what his value is.

Speaker 1:

I think he's going to be really good. I think you could probably sell him for a lot too, Like so would you trade him?

Speaker 5:

What would it take for you to like if you had him on your roster? I'm not going to trade him. Well, i'm really excited about really like, just curious, like. So, for example, let's say you had Calvin Ridley on your team, on your team with the quarterback, would you trade Calvin Ridley for the first overall pick?

Speaker 1:

I think I would. If the person was willing, i think I'd do that. Yeah, so would you? basically, what you're saying is would you trade Calvin Ridley for Bijan?

Speaker 5:

No, i'm talking about it in a Super Flex, it'd be for one year.

Speaker 1:

Your choice of the quarterback Yeah, Yeah it just depends. You know, if you had a good team last year and you didn't have Ridley, your teams would be a lot better with Ridley, but you could trade him for a lot.

Speaker 5:

Curious what Ridley like did it like in all these dynasty leagues that he just get picked up end of the year last year.

Speaker 1:

Maybe I don't see guys dropping someone like that in dynasty leagues, but last year, if you would have drafted.

Speaker 5:

He knew he wasn't playing, he knew he was suspended for the whole year. He probably got drafted at some point anyways, Probably so Yeah. He's only for what He's 4% rostered is what it says right now He's 4%.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, maybe, i don't know. Maybe Sleeper hasn't updated or something, but that might be in account. redraft leagues too.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, but uh, what about DJ Moore? So I'm just looking at my roster No.

Speaker 1:

I I was curious.

Speaker 5:

What do you think he does in Chicago? You think it's better or worse?

Speaker 1:

I think he'll be a little bit better than he was last year for sure. Right, we need to get some rankings out here, which we should be doing. you know it's June, so we should start working on those, getting those together. I think DJ Moore, i like the fit, like it's and I think it I probably like it more for Justin Fields. like to make me want to draft Justin Fields more than I like DJ Moore. Like maybe he gets in the end zone a little bit more after this this season.

Speaker 2:

Uh.

Speaker 5:

Oh, we were going to talk about saints running backs anyway, so I'm glad I brought that up.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, i know it's perfect.

Speaker 5:

Mara, who else is there? It's a Conjury Miller. What about, yeah, in saints, who else? Who else they have Kamara, conjury Miller.

Speaker 1:

They're excited about Miller.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I mean yeah, there's another guy. Who else is there, though? There's one more guy Um the Tavius Murray. No, it's somebody else.

Speaker 3:

My computer's loading. It should tell me.

Speaker 5:

Marking room. Is marking room still there? I'm, i feel like no. No, i think he is.

Speaker 1:

I don't think he is, but it wouldn't surprise me if he was. Uh, jamal Williams, guys, jamal Williams.

Speaker 5:

No, you shouldn't know that Jamal Williams He's visor.

Speaker 1:

He had an anime character on his visor. I didn't see it.

Speaker 4:

This is pretty nice, i think you're talking about Demetric Fulton. That's my boy, yeah.

Speaker 1:

What? what about the LSU helmets that are air conditioned? That's sweet.

Speaker 5:

That's what we need right now on this block.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, uh, yeah, it is what we need. We should, we should get some of those. I think if I was a coach, i'd let my guys wear them in games, not in practice. I think just got tough it out.

Speaker 4:

No, I, I, I think I'd flip Why?

Speaker 1:

Why be comfortable in practice and not the game? You put your helmet on the game and you're like, wow, this is amazing.

Speaker 4:

No, there's some long practices. Practices are are way tougher than games most times.

Speaker 1:

I know. That's why I just feel like trained to be rough, like you know.

Speaker 5:

I mean like the game should be easier. The game should be easier.

Speaker 4:

I get what you're saying but I feel like preparing your I don't know It'd be stupid to wear them in practice and not the game.

Speaker 5:

At LSU. I'm sure their practices feel awful, That's what.

Speaker 1:

I'm saying It's got to be a huge recruiting tool, though, to have AC helmets.

Speaker 2:

I just wonder if you hear it sound, everyone's gonna have them pretty soon, does it?

Speaker 4:

sound like a fan in your, in your helmet. That would get annoying You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but you have, you know, a hundred thousand fans screaming there anyways. What's fan going to do?

Speaker 5:

Practice, yeah Yeah, maybe it practice. They do too I forgot.

Speaker 4:

Trent said no at practice. That's what he's thinking.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, I'm saying no practice. Yes Games, but I guess you you're not going to swap out helmets.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, Hey, what a Dalvin Cook is he. he's not going to be there anymore, Is he I?

Speaker 1:

don't think he's going to be there unless he says Hey, I don't want to test out the open market, I'll just stay here. For cheap He could do that?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, they didn't say Madison would beat the every downback, three downback, if if he's not playing.

Speaker 1:

But even like Madison. Like I'm just looking at dynasty here, jordan, how old is Madison? Like that's even a guy that like, if you have a good, he's probably 24, he's only 24 years, experienced 24. So yeah, I guess you that's not a terrible trade candidate to go after Madison. Maybe the guy maybe, like someone, thinks he's old because he's been in the league along but he also has been banged up as well, yeah. But 27 is kind of the age for running back.

Speaker 4:

I'm just saying I'm just saying, like he wasn't, he pretty banged up last year. I just I'm talking about his resilience being the ever downback.

Speaker 5:

That's the thing, madison or Cook, who who's Cook? I want to say Madison.

Speaker 4:

No, no, he doesn't. I want to say Madison got hurt as well last year. but I could be wrong, I could be way off. I was pretty sure Madison missed a couple of games. I'm not sure, maybe with some planner. I know you've been tweeting at people with No, there's people out there.

Speaker 1:

Planners real deal. Man, Steve has it, Sauce has had it, I've had it. Just a lot of you know normal A plus athletes.

Speaker 4:

What else am I looking at? That's where I would categorize all of you for the most part. Yeah, that sounds like Jordan.

Speaker 1:

Michael Thomas, what are you doing?

Speaker 4:

I offered you a trade for Michael Thomas for a third round pick?

Speaker 1:

You're the biggest Michael Thomas truth or ever I don't still like. okay, what do you need to look at?

Speaker 5:

my team a little more. I already have Kamara. Let's talk to the trade right now. Like you love Michael Thomas.

Speaker 1:

If Michael? here's how it works, jordan. If I lose Michael Thomas, the curse will be over. He'll be back to his real self. I'm only holding him so that he'll stay back.

Speaker 5:

So here's my, here's my dilemma. Here's my, here's my.

Speaker 1:

If I dropped him, he'd pick him up and he'd be good again. Here's my receivers.

Speaker 5:

Stephon Diggs, deontay Johnson, marquise Brown, calvin Ridley, dj Moore, donalvis People's Jones, van Jefferson, elijah Moore, jameson Williams. Like am I ever going to play Michael Thomas?

Speaker 1:

It'd be nice to have the opportunity, if needed and you could break the curse. Take him from my clutches.

Speaker 5:

I mean what? I guess I'm not going to draft anyone third round. Anyways, I'll think about a trick, Okay. So, uh, hey, should we do like a little, like talk through, like a first round, like draft and dynasty?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, i just. I just thought about pulling up a mock.

Speaker 5:

Like should we just then? we'll do a mock, let's just talk through it. What's I'm saying?

Speaker 1:

Like who would be your number one overall right now? Yeah, yeah, yeah, so.

Speaker 5:

Trent, trent you have number one overall and the super flex that we have.

Speaker 3:

I'm going to, i'm just going to do a mock real quick and just let it go and then, and then we can talk. I think, i, i think.

Speaker 1:

I have to go, Bijon right.

Speaker 2:

We're in a super flex? I think so. These are your quarterbacks.

Speaker 1:

I got Rodgers Derek Carr, yeah you should be taking a quarterback. Ritter Willis Purdy.

Speaker 5:

You should 100% be taking one of.

Speaker 1:

Shroud or I still want to see if I can trade somebody around here, So okay.

Speaker 5:

First, overall, let's do a super flex, because do you think most I see these are super flex or non super flex.

Speaker 1:

I think it's starting to lean more super flex actually Okay.

Speaker 3:

So you want me to tell you what, what I've, what I'm seeing here, What's it.

Speaker 1:

What do you see So?

Speaker 3:

this is a 10 round. I'm the 10th pick. Bijon went first, Anthony Richardson, Bryce Young, Jameer Gibbs, CJ Stroud Smith and Jigba Quentin Johnson, Jordan Addison, Zay, Flowers, and then now it's me at 10.

Speaker 5:

So I think it's. I've found Bijon at one. I think it's crazy that Gibbs went over Richardson or Shroud. I think so too.

Speaker 3:

Like it should be.

Speaker 5:

It should be the first four picks in any order. Should be Bijon plus the three quarterbacks.

Speaker 3:

I don't know if these teams are basically picking on the other teams, because we already know the draft order They're not based on okay. I don't know if they're based on the teams that they're drafting for.

Speaker 5:

I don't think they are I don't.

Speaker 3:

I'm not sure So.

Speaker 5:

But like, don't you think that, like for the most part, it should be Bijon and the three quarterbacks, first four picks?

Speaker 1:

That's kind of what I've been thinking.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's what I've been thinking I don't think you're going to be able to get either event. If you're at six, i don't think you're going to be able to get those the two running backs and the three quarterbacks.

Speaker 5:

And five should be Gibbs.

Speaker 3:

So six is where you have like the run on receivers Six, six through 10, you probably have the receivers you want.

Speaker 5:

And here's my problem, Trent. Why am I going to trade you at third round for Michael Thomas when I'm going to be able to draft?

Speaker 1:

Michael. Thomas used to be the best guy best receiver in the NFL a couple years ago, one of Jason Quentin Johnson, jordan Madison. He saw his first game of the season.

Speaker 3:

Like he's proven For what it's worth. it's telling me to pick King Kate at 10.

Speaker 1:

I don't want to take Kincaid, the next guy is Charbonnet Seahawks.

Speaker 5:

Some guys are going to take Will Leviss in the first round too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Leviss will probably.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, leviss is there, but I mean Michael Mayer is above, you know Keondre Miller at New Orleans too.

Speaker 4:

And you're at pick 10, Seth.

Speaker 3:

I'm at pick 10.

Speaker 5:

If you don't have a tie.

Speaker 3:

Kincaid's not horrible, but I think Charbonnet would be better.

Speaker 5:

A sneaky guy for the rookie draft.

Speaker 4:

That's so sketchy. How many people did that with Kyle Piz? And he did finish as a high tie in his rick here.

Speaker 5:

Piz was probably going even higher in Diocese.

Speaker 4:

But that's what I'm saying though.

Speaker 1:

I think there's so many tie-ins in this. I just want a bunch of third round picks in this draft, just so I can just go random at different tie-ins.

Speaker 3:

Trent, you have how many picks? I trade you my second away. You have five picks in our draft here.

Speaker 1:

I know I'm trying to have the draft party by myself only.

Speaker 3:

So you have two five and you have two 10.

Speaker 4:

I would appreciate if we could make that happen. I'd prefer not to come Yeah perfect.

Speaker 1:

Okay, any other football stuff here on Dynasty Talk You guys want to talk about before we get into Divas here? No, I think so. I don't know if we do this next week, jordan, or maybe in a couple of weeks We're going to do some rankings soon, but I want to do a draft, okay, a mock draft, like we've done.

Speaker 5:

Real quick before you keep going. Phil Trent takes B-John. Who are you taking? Who are you taking What quarterback?

Speaker 4:

Considering you took.

Speaker 5:

You have Mack Jones and Carson Wett.

Speaker 1:

How's he have this pick. He made it to the final.

Speaker 3:

You have Jalen Hurts.

Speaker 4:

I have Jalen Hurts and Kyler Murray, but I don't want.

Speaker 5:

Kyler Murray and I don't want him. Well, I'd like to keep Kyler Murray.

Speaker 3:

You start with Kyler Murray.

Speaker 5:

You start with Kyler Murray. You start with Kyler Murray, you end with Murray.

Speaker 4:

You end with the year with Carson Wett.

Speaker 3:

and So, honestly, what's crazy is you go by team's needs here.

Speaker 5:

Phil doesn't necessarily need to like Kyler record. I lied Phil's the draft position number nine.

Speaker 3:

That's what I thought. I'm pretty deep, yeah, so you're not going to get a quarterback.

Speaker 4:

I'm likely not Yeah.

Speaker 3:

You might have to draft like an already existing quarterback.

Speaker 5:

No, you might have to take Will Leviss, i might say or Hal You could take Leviss.

Speaker 4:

Hal or Leviss, but probably all the people in the league will see that Phil is the guy that always takes people that like are already on a team in the rookie draft.

Speaker 2:

I think it's a way to sort of try to tell me about this.

Speaker 1:

Idea is good. Maybe we'll do it next week, we'll do it a couple of weeks. I want to do a mock draft with S4. Okay, but I want us all to share the team and we'll go like Phil has first round, second, third, fourth and we can't talk about what we want to do. So, like if Phil takes them in the first round, we all judge that pick.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's like an arranged marriage.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Okay, So I think that'd be good. Phil's just asking you to get roasted Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So anyways, guys, today Just blindfold yourselves and we'll all pick Today's divas are brought to you by Manscape, the modern man who takes care of himself. Manscaping isn't just for life special occasions. It's a requirement for optimal health, superior hygiene and healthy self-esteem. Speaker 4:

You heard it here first. Should we pitch them an idea while we have them? I'm sure we have our rep listening to our ad reads.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4:

But like I would love nothing more than some Manscape socks, they don't have socks. They do have underwear that are wonderful. They have underwear that are wonderful that keep everything cool, everything. So if you get socks like I don't know about, you guys but my feet.

Speaker 1:

He is. He's got some socks on right now.

Speaker 4:

My feet sweat in having some nice Recognize the gold band. You said socks Trent. Oh no, Seth just showed us his Yeah.

Speaker 1:

All right, We're trying to keep this PG on YouTube Seth.

Speaker 4:

Yeah. I was just checking. I'm also just for what it's worth.

Speaker 3:

I just did a double check.

Speaker 4:

Socks? Yeah, we should get back, we don't You think they help sweat everywhere else? Why not socks?

Speaker 1:

Why not socks? And you know, socks are not, And that would be their ad read Why not socks?

Speaker 3:

And feet sweat can be the worst kind of sweat.

Speaker 4:

Absolutely. You were talking about Vaseline in your socks while you sleep, Seth before the pod, That's you, Phil.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, Intercom will go.

Speaker 4:

What is that? You're poor.

I'm a couple weeks behind, but I went to the Dodgers Yankees baseball game yesterday, So I wanted to bring that up. Do you guys have divas or are you guys good?

Speaker 4:

I have a diva, i have one, sounds like we all have one. You have three, you have three. Hey, seriously don't look at me like that I got a really good one.

Speaker 3:

Let's let one of us start, let's let one of us start it off, and then Trent can fill in his one of his divas in between each one, all right.

Speaker 4:

So let's hear yours. Go ahead, Seth. Okay, So I'll go first. I'm praying. It's not one of Jordan. Like one of Jordan's good ones, Yeah, No.

Speaker 3:

So I went to a party last night. I'm not going to try to make this very specific.

Speaker 1:

Okay, all right.

Speaker 3:

But my diva of the week is people trying to make the party about them when it's not about them. Okay, that's good Like.

Speaker 1:

Can you just?

Speaker 3:

I'll elaborate. I'm going to a wedding and this person. it's not their wedding, So don't try to make it about you.

Speaker 1:

Speaking of weddings, we got grand entertainment in here, you know, if you have any wedding needs.

Speaker 3:

Go check them out on.

Speaker 1:

Instagram.

Speaker 4:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, run their Kims.

Speaker 4:

So what was it? Can you say what this person was doing, specifically This?

Speaker 3:

person definitely wore an outfit that made them like stand out from everybody else. So, like The bride, no, okay, and usually the bride is They were in the wedding party. Yes, so the main piece right, the bride and the groom, that's everyone's, the whole party's about them, main focus. So when people on purpose dress themselves in a way to make them the main focus, not okay.

Speaker 4:

Especially at a wedding.

Speaker 5:

Everyone at a wedding Everyone at a wedding should match right Outside of the bride.

Speaker 1:

No, no, Sometimes There's a new thing where the bridesmaids don't match anymore. Yeah, yeah, it's different And I'm not going to say who it is, and I'm thankful I didn't have to get it.

Speaker 3:

I don't think you're going to listen to this, but anyways, it's sad But they're not going to listen.

Speaker 4:

They're going to name them, let's go, and it's usually women.

Speaker 3:

I'll say that It's usually women Oh babe.

Speaker 4:

I've seen Trent do it a handful of times at parties.

Speaker 1:

I've come to. Yeah well, Phil made me wear that Dumb and Dumber outfit. I was orange, He was.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, we're at church today And this guy made it about himself. Sat right next to me There was. Jordan has a friend. He sits by at church and they always have a seat between them, which I respect. Sometimes I'll sit in the middle.

Speaker 5:

Why do I want to sit next to somebody if I don't have to?

Speaker 4:

It's true, i'll sit next to me and lift the arm of the chair up. And then proceeds to lean.

Speaker 1:

I went to church by myself with my kids. My wife wasn't feeling the best, so I took my daughter to church. It was the first time going to church. Both daughters, just one daughter.

Speaker 4:

You said kids in the tweet. Talk about lying Phil, don't? Yeah, seriously.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Phil's over here talking about how much he hates buffets, But on this pod he has talked about how much he loves KFC Buffet in Oakhurst and how he wishes they brought it back. But, he hates buffets when it comes to draft time.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, i'm not going to say that. Anyways, liar Phil, give us one of your. I want to hear your details, alrighty.

Speaker 1:

I have a.

Speaker 4:

That was a nice draft that just came through while you were thinking Yeah, yeah, you're taking a little bit of time.

Speaker 1:

People sitting in the wrong seats.

Speaker 4:

Oh yeah, You've got to hate that.

Speaker 1:

You know what I mean. Hey, if it's the fifth inning or whatever, and you're sitting in the wrong seats or you decide to check it out, that's fine, but I had three different people sit next to me at this game and they were not there People kept going hey, i don't think this is your seat And I'm like they're not showing tickets. All the tickets are digital, so I guess the people just got lucky and said I don't know how it happened.

Speaker 3:

That's a big thing, for what it's worth. People buy the, especially at really expensive stadiums.

Speaker 1:

I understand that I would wait, though I understand it.

Speaker 3:

It's annoying, though, if it's like, hey, you're in my seat.

Speaker 1:

Oh, it is annoying.

Speaker 4:

Oh yeah, You wait three innings. I think that's the happy medium before you go find a new seat.

Speaker 1:

So I had a guy sitting next to me in the first inning. I had a different guy sitting next to me in the third inning And then the fifth inning guy was from Connecticut watching Yankees Dodgers It was funny, he'd cut his fingers off.

Speaker 4:

No, three days before he put it on.

Speaker 3:

No, He got there in the third inning and he left in the fifth, like I was like, yeah, he probably bought a $10 ticket for what it's worth.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. He told me those were his tickets, but maybe not, but he left his popcorn. So I got to take a souvenir Dodger popcorn bucket home. So that's kind of cool.

Speaker 4:

How's this?

Speaker 1:

story.

Speaker 2:

Jordan.

Speaker 1:

Someone else go, someone else go.

Speaker 4:

All right, i'll just keep going. I had the worst Dodger dog in my entire life Go to my Twitter page.

Speaker 1:

It was like the tips were like completely folded on both sides.

Speaker 3:

They're, they left in the heater forever.

Speaker 1:

It was basically like a slim gym and a bun with ketchup.

Speaker 4:

Why didn't you ask for another one? That was like 15 bucks down the drain, all right I 750.

Speaker 1:

That's not cheap. Yeah, so normally I like the Dodger dogs. That one was bad. Maybe it's cuz I got the all beef so it was all dried out like I actually got the super Dodger dog. I should just stayed with the normal Dodger dog.

Speaker 4:

I think you got to go all beef. But if this is me and maybe this is maybe I'm a maybe I'm a diva. If I have something that doesn't taste good And it's like abnormal, i will be like, hey, listen, here's the thing. I just paid 750 for this. This tastes absolutely terrible. Look at, this, can have another one. And most of times people are like, yeah, of course, no problem. I think that's what you should have done.

Speaker 5:

I just can't leave you in the hot dog at a baseball game. There's a million other things you could get you you're.

Speaker 4:

You're shocked that you got a hot dog. You're a Dodger dog at a Dodger game supposed to. That's like I've never, got a dog.

Speaker 1:

We got garlic fries, we got all kinds of stuff Yeah. I always a bunch of different Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Yes, for sure I prefer. I want to get there early and try food before the game. And then, like during the game, i'm gonna eat the hot dog during the game.

Speaker 4:

And then I want to sit and watch the rest and then have a danger dog. I will, i've heard.

Speaker 5:

I've been in the baseball game this year, i heard that it's a lot harder to get food now because you miss a whole two innings if you go get it. Oh, it's true, it was fast.

Speaker 1:

I do like the new pitchcock, but it goes fast and then You've all had this happen. If you go into a baseball game, for whatever reason, there's about five people sitting and I don't feel like it's bad other sports, but you know baseball game and there's about five people sitting by you that know way more than the manager that should be coaching the team. Oh, yeah, like oh you have to swing at that.

Speaker 3:

You can't not watch that pitch. I know how do you drop that ball.

Speaker 1:

I guess guys are all just you know talking about like Paying millions, Shockingly that's what we're doing right now, just for what?

Speaker 2:

it's worth.

Speaker 4:

That's literally No, no, no, no. But baseball is different basic.

Speaker 1:

You have the guy there keeping score while he's watching the game.

Speaker 5:

You have a third diva, trent that was it.

Speaker 4:

I agree with you, though, trent, and they're you're. You had good seats.

Speaker 5:

It is crazy that people were like not usually at that close to the home plate. They're like checking the tickets a little better.

Speaker 3:

That's why I was surprised. No, they really should be, because it's bad if people are not. Have those people because those tickets Aren't cheap for what it's worth. The Dodger Stadium That's one of the most high-end tickets, like up there.

Speaker 1:

And the other thing is too, it's like Yankee fans. So there was the most. I'm not most people most people added Dodger games this year Yeah and these Yankee fans are just, you know heckling And. Boone. You know like they just started letting him have it. You know how much smarter they are than all of him, but maybe he's not that great anyways. But yeah, those are my three. Sorry, maybe they weren't as good as normal. I got some great ones for future episodes.

Speaker 4:

Boonson, it was a New York legend, though, right.

Speaker 1:

I played for He hit that bomb, didn't he against?

Speaker 4:

Didn't he come in and pinch it and hit that bomb?

Speaker 1:

I think I'm the wrong person.

Speaker 4:

I couldn't tell you You're thinking of a Daniel Boone. No, my, my, so I, i talked about this with Trent a little bit and I'm gonna get some flack and I'll do some explaining. We talk about universal health care, universal income, world peace, we talk about is going, we talk about. We talk about universal, like dollars, like everyone. Everyone's all on board about all this universal stuff, right? My biggest beef is universal charging. Okay, i have a charger for my iPhone. I have a charger for like a different USB, like a not a USB like a different set, like a speaker that I take outside for my children. I have a different charger for my TV, as an example, like I think all chargers should be the same you know, charger for your TV. Now, that was just a bad example, but when I'm using iPad, whatever it is, when I'm using, when I have a no, no, for my kids tablet, my kids fire tablet has a different charger than a iPad, then yeah, then I pad my. I also have a different charger than for, and I get to share that technology though.

Speaker 1:

No one wants. No, everyone everyone shares the technology. You guys are just ignorant.

Speaker 4:

This is why can't we have everything be the same? I know it's like everyone has the same USB C cord charger, except iPhone. Phil, not Amazon the Amazon, the Amazon tablet?

Speaker 1:

No you have an old tablet.

Speaker 4:

It's no it's the fourth generation. How many generations are there? I think they're six, so it's at least two years old. That's not that old USB.

Speaker 1:

C is what the world runs off of, and any Android listener would tell you that. But all Android phones are USB C. That's the new cord. My baby monitor for my kid is USB C. My Nintendo switch charger is USB C. This here for this. Ipad is USB C. Iphone just hasn't switched to it yet. Well, prayerfully so. So what you're saying? so?

Speaker 4:

what you're saying is, what I'm wishing for is around the corner. It's around the corner, but yeah they find it.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, but my laptop is in charge on USB C and It's a new laptop.

Speaker 1:

Laptops different, but what I'm asking for is your version bigger charger.

Speaker 4:

You get what I'm saying, though the figured out though. Yeah, why don't?

Speaker 1:

you just get my jumper cables there and then you know that can be USB C also. Phil, like I'm gonna sit on your ears and I Don't know.

Speaker 4:

I can't believe you don't like this one, jordan.

Speaker 5:

This is right on your alley. It's like it's like it's something.

Speaker 4:

Why are you?

Speaker 3:

complaining about this like sounds like an old man.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I'm a little bit old man, but it takes me far too long to find charge Seth You have so everyone agree to get a small kids. It's so hard to find, like the cord to charge specific items. I have three different cord.

Speaker 3:

My iPhone is what messes me up the most, i will say I do find it like Quite annoying sometimes when I'm like trying to something that I've like had for a while and I'm like where's the stinking cord?

Speaker 4:

That's what I'm saying. Sound machine is different than the tablet.

Speaker 1:

Actually, the sound machine is the same as this, my cell machine. I'm sorry, okay.

Speaker 3:

I'm telling you this is a great, it's a great it should been brought up five years ago, though.

Speaker 1:

Can I all the joy people are bringing up but you hate. Can I get?

Speaker 4:

some. Can I get some fan? Can I just ask the fan something, and potentially you guys? Is it a diva of me? I'm very interested in buying a pair of TV's. Do you guys know what TV's are? those shoes, the sandals?

Speaker 3:

They have like the interlacing sandals.

Speaker 2:

Yeah get them, what do you?

Speaker 4:

guys think diva buying those TV's, let's look at that, look them up, i just bought those.

Speaker 1:

Kings are athletic crocs are very nice. Tv This is like filming white water rafting and our guy was wearing these you can wear these while you go puke on the side of the Road.

Speaker 4:

Like, while you're, while you're, mountain hiking with your dirty toes, so should I not get these is what you're saying.

Speaker 3:

Why would you like these are more of a power move than flip flops Feel.

Speaker 4:

And I have, i have, i wear flip flops for practicality.

Speaker 1:

Okay, i don't want to enter and it's causing worse planer. No crocs are better than Phil divas are not made for planner.

Speaker 3:

I don't eat it. Why don't you just wear flip flops?

Speaker 4:

like his planner. My planners messed up. You have planner.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, i, sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't just wear crocs. No, i feel, yeah, yeah, jordan.

Speaker 3:

Which I would never. I don't think I'd ever catch me or drawn ever wear it, never wear.

Speaker 4:

Yes, since you guys are the pinnacle of style, i'd love to hear I'm glad They're going to say- I work at church, Yeah all right, taylor clock at night, so that's a whole other problem, jordan.

Speaker 1:

What do you got here?

Speaker 5:

My diva is you know graduation season, once a graduation on Thursday people who Get up out of their seat and Lee like, start walking down. I know, like the local graduation in the football field, who start walking down to go on the football field before Graduation is over. What kids names?

Speaker 3:

are still being called.

Speaker 5:

People are leaving people are getting up leaving, like, imagine if, like, oh, just because your kid's name was called already. But yeah, what about the person next to whose kid? and, like, you're making a ruckus?

Speaker 3:

Yeah you know I'm walking down the steps of the loud aluminum.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I, i am a graduation just master. Like I haven't figured out guys. Like you, show up late, show up late, yeah. Like if it starts at eight, get there at nine. All you got to be there for is for the picture. Like, unless you know Someone who's giving a speech.

Speaker 5:

I enjoy listening the speeches. I know you don't try it, so like sometimes they're okay, but like I, i just think it's very rude. It's very rude to like just get.

Speaker 1:

I just walking down the stairs, like yeah, same thing goes for weddings too, though like you don't have to show up till the reception, they will not know.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's also true, i imagine being the last kid. Yeah, it's your name called and it's just like how many hands are gone. I have to stand, they're gone.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, and the thing is to, it's like those people. I can't do. It wouldn't be a far.

Speaker 5:

I was the very first one ever.

Speaker 4:

That is so cool, man, you are a nerd. Would it be Jordan? would it be a far cry to say those people are very similar to the people who stand up right when the plane lands.

Speaker 5:

Yep Very similar. What?

Speaker 3:

it's worth, on our bachelor party, like in the bus, like on our way up.

Speaker 4:

Yes.

Speaker 3:

Trent stood up and, mind you, this bus is like sardines. Sardine pack, yeah, trent's a couple sardines himself.

Speaker 4:

And he decided to stand up and he's in a wetsuit. It's all wrapped in.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Made me wear that wetsuit. I did not need that. We know we need a photo of that like a seal Seal trying to get between two icebergs.

Speaker 5:

You look like a nice lunch for an orca orcas.

Speaker 4:

It was pretty funny It was.

Speaker 3:

It was fun. I knew Trent stood up because everyone knew that Trent was like that, so we stood up to get people to laugh about it. Yeah, you are a reaction.

Speaker 1:

Okay, well, hey guys, i think that about doesn't. Hey? We got a draft this week with Caleb from beware Bulldogs want to miss that. We got a breakup songs draft. It is uh, it's good.

Speaker 2:

It's entertaining Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, entertaining me, and Seth had to share a mic. Yeah, it was good, so go ahead. That'll come out on Wednesday. Go check that, remember. Don't be rude, share the dudes and, as always, take care.
